    In this video, I put together 10 full body mobility exercises that will make you more durable throughout your everyday life.
    Most of us don't have a lot of time in the morning to to get a full training session in.
    Consider spending just 5 minutes everyday working through 3-5 of these exercises to build durable joints and have every step you take during the day work in your favor.

    i would love to have a daily mobility routine, like this, but more like a 25 min follow along. and within one week, you'd do everything (all 55 and more of your moves). also, would love a mobile version of this...to view from phone to do wherever i am. love your work!

    Thank you great video. Watching your technique when your squatting I noticed you lack internal rotation of the right hip & thats why your right foot isn't straight when your in a squats position

    • @Luka-Hocevar
      @Luka-Hocevar  5 років тому +4

      How someone squats or deadlifts (or anything for that matter) is determined by their anatomy first. So while there may be mobility restrictions, in this case, that hip is more retroverted. Assumptions are not the best in fitness as they can lead to the wrong prescriptions. Everything starts with assessment and adjust to the individual.

    Great video. How long would you do each stretch? I’m trying to estimate how long this would take and the optimum time period to do it. Post workout? Pre workout? First thing in the morning? Before bed?

    • @Riotkid904
      @Riotkid904 5 років тому +1

      Slot 15 minutes for stretches post workout, and at least 2hours or more before sleep. It would depend really when you'd be doing your workout. For doing warm up stretches you would want to get your heart rate up a bit maybe jog a quarter mile before stretching your body and not goto deep into stretching until your body is loosened up a bit.

    • @emiliobasso775

      Riotkid904 you want me to stretch for 2 hours? Who has the time for that

    • @Riotkid904
      @Riotkid904 5 років тому

      @@emiliobasso775 now that's a workout in itself 🤣

    • @mentalalchemist812
      @mentalalchemist812 5 років тому

      Riotkid904 wow...2 hours is a lot. I workout first thing in the morning starting between 5 and 5:30am. I can definitely do the 15 afterwards even though that’s going to extend my workout time a bit. I always have to get my 20 minutes of sauna in and doing these kinds of stretches in there is problematic. I do the 1/4 mile before preworkout stretch.

    • @Riotkid904
      @Riotkid904 5 років тому

      @@mentalalchemist812 ok. I realize now the way I said it may have been confusing. I meant to make sure that you don't do any physical activity within the 2 hours before you goto bed. To prevent having an increased heart rate prior to going to bed because it may affect you falling asleep.

    Be careful with some of these. The scorpion for example needs to be done with complete control or you can fall and cause injuries.

      This goes for any exercise, use common sense and if its contraindicated with any issues you have, don't do it.
