To create a foundation of success you must focus on Rituals over Resolutions, one of them being a quality daily routine to improve your joint health and improve mobility, and a great foundation to move from.
What I mean by that is that if you already have postural issues, joint problems, and bad posture, and you do nothing to address it, then you're compounding every movement to be a rep on top of dysfunction.
One of the ways you can start changing that is having a daily ritual for improving joint health, mobility and movement. Here is one that we've prescribed many clients and it works great and only takes around 10 mins per day.

Really fantastic! Most people think they need to do 'stretching.' We don't need to stretch, we need to mobilize. These eercises would make a really good warm up for a gym session too.

Sir, I did the " morning ritual" exactly as you described, slo,deliberate,controlled(CAR's).It took 50 minutes.If somebody has told you that it takes10-12 or even 6 minutes,it is a lie.

I have some clavicle pain when doing the shoulder rotations. Is that normal or should I avoid that particular exercise? All the others make me feel really great! I've always been prone to injury (hips, shoulders, elbows, you name it) so I'm excited to be doing exercises to prevent it.
