Thank you! Not only is Sara delightful, but also very informative.
Sara is quite wonderful. She gives us all hope and encouragement with her vast and deep knowledge. I am a mature male living in London and at 66 I have just been diagnosed with osteoporosis. At first I was very down and thought my life would rapidly decline. However after only four months I have a new life and feel great as I explore a new healthy diet and specific osteoporosis exercises.
what diet have you done?
Margie thank you so much for doing this podcast with Sara, it has been so helpful in putting me on the right path.

Kudos to Sara…don’t take medications unless it’s life threatening condition! I had a bit of gerd from drinking too much coffee, and too late in the day…. Well, DON’T DO THAT! I now limit it to 2 in the morning.
