Sara is quite wonderful. She gives us all hope and encouragement with her vast and deep knowledge. I am a mature male living in London and at 66 I have just been diagnosed with osteoporosis. At first I was very down and thought my life would rapidly decline. However after only four months I have a new life and feel great as I explore a new healthy diet and specific osteoporosis exercises.

Very good point I have horrible TMJ I also have osteoporosis no fractures yet, it’s amazing how connected the back neck and jaw are and the rest of the body. Even the doctors don’t understand this.

Kudos to Sara…don’t take medications unless it’s life threatening condition! I had a bit of gerd from drinking too much coffee, and too late in the day…. Well, DON’T DO THAT! I now limit it to 2 in the morning.
