    I wish I’d found you earlier. Your videos are amazing.
    I got tinnitus in 2020 after dancing with Airpods in my ears (I’ve read the electrical frequency has caused some people to get tinnitus. I had a hearing test and it was normal.) in my living room beginning of pandemic and X-rays show I had old an whiplash injury (C4/5 subluxated) and have been having Atlas orthogonal adjustments which have helped other issues but not the tinnitus. Only fasting and paleo/keto diet have reduced it a little (reducing inflammation) and yoga and trigger point therapy for fascia/muscle release with balls on my whole body. I also use a plastic neck shelf/cradle to stretch my neck. I’m aware that laxity in the neck (along with anxiety and stress) can cause the muscles to tighten so I’m also doing neck strengthening exercises from Kjetil Larson- MSK Neurology also on UA-cam. He says strengthening not stretching.
    Doing your exercises made a difference in the tightness of my neck within a few minutes. The noise became louder but I’m thinking this is because there’s more blood flow there now.
    I’m hoping with your videos the mitochondria in the ears will heal and the noise disappear.

    Love your videos. So informative.
    So my question is how can you tighten the neck if there’s laxity from stretched ligaments due to whiplash and relax it at the same time and do they counter each other? I’ve read, watched videos and been told by several Atlas chiros that neck laxity can cause muscle neck and shoulder tension which can cause tinnitus.
    It’s a real catch 22.

      @@schoolforself-healing I’m sorry I only just saw your reply as I was moving out of state.
      I just had surgery for a detached retina after seeing a spider web in my right eye during lunch one day. I’ve been having neck issues n tinnitus due to whiplash for three years. When I asked the eye dr and surgeon could my eye issue be due to cervical instability they categorically said no; that it’s an age related problem and will not happen again. Here in your video you say neck issues CAN affect the retina. They saw a tear in my right retina and holes in both retinas which they lazered. My vision is now perfect (two years ago I had successful cataract surgery). Over the last three years I’ve tried Atlas Chiro, one round of PRP Prolotherapy and am doing Kjetil Larson’s MSK Neurology exercises to strengthen neck muscles along with vagus nerve, neck and jaw massage, trigger point balls on my body, my daily meditation n yoga, grounding, and taking vitamins like B, D3K2, magnesium, etc. anything that helps heal the neural system. I just started doing your exercises which have relieved a lot of neck and back tension.

    My neck is so bad right now and wish I could do these exercises but I cant lay flat. I get dizzy. Its so horrible :(

    Hi Meir, thanks for everything, it is an amazing knowledge!
    I'm looking for advices to treat/manage keratoconus. Your book on heal your eyes doesn't specify it. Maybe you can point out to which exercises would help (maybe the same as for astigmatism)?
    I will add that i got keratoconus to only my right eye for more than 10y without any intervention, it got 0/10, all is blurry. The other eye is a solid 20/20, which is weird i know. Although the pessimistic opthalmologists tell me that it is certain i got it in both but won't answer as to why it didnt affect the left eye. So without any correction, i got near perfect vision in my left eye and very bad on my right, and lived more than 10 years like this, i'm sure it affected my mental health. Wondered if you could give me your piece on which impacts it could have.
