Here is some info about the channel:
Greeting ghouls and ghosts! Our names are Jason and Kali, and we are the horror couple of your dreams- or nightmares! Jason has been a film nut for over 30 years, and Kali has a hyper-fixation with horror and slashers. Together we spend most of our waking life watching films and obsessing over them. We record movie reviews and discussions weekly, and love watching and talking about both lesser known and popular films in the horror genre. Occasionally we also review comic books, video games, television series, and novels. Additionally, we also enjoy making short horror videos. Thanks for checking out our channel, and if you like our content please subscribe!

Joe Swanbergs "Easy" is a great anthology drama/comedy series. It's probably my favorite Netflix series overall. I do wish there were more of those.
I remember that
The acting with the couple when it came to them leaving the grandma behind is so emotional. When the baby was teetering on the chair up there? Oh man, it had me hyperventilating and the never looking back broke me. The fact she knew something was going on. To me that dementia had no part of that.
P.S. I loved the first few episodes of this show. As a whole, I even did. Issues aside but this in particular? It stood out most, (same for the writer episode). Reeled me into the rest of the show. It felt more original. Great pacing too. I don’t recall an execution like this about sapping the life force for youth.
The acting is really good in those scenes
I wish you two would have been there for the script writing! So many little logic leaps & things that could have been fleshed out within the hour, as it is now, I think that would have been more forgivable with a shorter runtime.
We are never consulted haha
She said that his father aka her husband had been gone for a while. I wonder how long? It’s likely no relation but they made sure that 103 year old woman helped him. What if she was our main character’s grandma!? 😂 She did say he looked like her son. That ain’t old peepers looking. And we have doppelgängers but eh. By the way, the movie was The Manor! It had that coven or whatever sucking life from patients to remain young.
Yeah, we googled it after
Pacing and editing. So many moments where more should have been shown, so many lonher moments (like walking down a hall) went on too long.
You are probably going to have the same reaction to every episode then
