- Drayton time almost name like Daytona lol with all moments & dialogue as well through difficult on Kieran always having trouble EX-champion shame him, Drayton doesn't feel anything at all except when someone mad at him.
Also include trade & BB League talking with Top Champion Geeta.

Drayton's hilarious, easygoing, and also a total ass, as we see at 26:47. He just might be my favorite character in the entire game of Pokemon S&V.

Drayton kinda reminds me of Shikamaru in terms of personality.
All the dlcs characters have their own quirks and charms but Drayton hands down is my favorite character.

I was afraid about Drayton, I thinked he would be arrogant and a little annoying ... But not, he's so cool and funny, my second favorite with Crispin !
The tidbits we get about him before the release gave me the impression he's lazy af. And that is what we get in the finished product too.
The trailer says " ...Drayton, whose laidback attitude belies his impressive battle skills." Just by looking at him stretching like that gives a nonchalant impression.

Did you guys even notice that they mentioned each other in clubroom when you talk to them alone? It's sorta complains BUT look at other characters! They only mentioned who they care! (Exclude Kieran, he was the main reason of BBL drama so ofc people are concerned and caring for his mental health (not count Amarys at this point).)

People get on Drayton for manipulating the player into slapping some sense into kieran but honestly why does nobody get on carmine for making this situation worse? one of the major reasons for Kierans change is because of the lie but it was carmine who told us to lie to him yet for some reason he's putting that whole blame on us she should have tried harder to apologize to him about the lie then maybe he wouldn't have turned into such a dick. Also Drayton have every right to bash kieran with that "ex champion" burn kieran was being an ass for no good reason especially to Drayton
I really despise this type of people like drayton that want to be rude towards certain people in the naïve and ignorant way.
Throughout the indigo disk, he can be an alright guy but with Kieran despite the things that Kieran went through and the things he cause in the blueberry academy, drayton actually made it worse with him my calling him “ex champion” after we beat Kieran in the championship battle and still being a jerk to Kieran by repeatedly calling him “ex champion” over again. Is drayton not learning that his so called “lazy/stick it to the man” approach is the reason why that people like Kieran literally went full desperate mode?
And I really dislike his “lazy, naïve, and somewhat ignorant” personality doesn’t suits him to me. I though drayton will be this different person with a different personality that is more mature and being more understandable to people even kieran but nah this particular type of person that drayton is not that good nor interesting😒
You are quite possibly the only one to feel this way and that’s just what Kieran was…a ex arrogant champion that got humbled by us yet again
@@dez7649 I’m saying that game freak should have give us the choice to tell drayton on why and how Kieran became the way he is in the first place. Seeing him getting screwed over since the teal mask really grinds my gears.
It’s like the story wants us to look at Kieran like he’s the the one who is wrong but in truth, he isn’t wrong at all.

Earlier in the story Kieran was being a jerk. I presume Kieran was a jerk to Drayton when Drayton lost to him.
Drayton needs to remind Kieran that Kieran lost the Championship fight to you fair and square. Kieran just spent months feeling bitter and angry towards your character and treated his classmates poorly because Kieran didn't get Ogerpon. Think back. Was Kieran entitled to Ogerpon? Kieran didn't come with you to save Ogerpon from the loyal three and then to get the masks back. As great as it was for him to set the record straight with the townspeople, Kieran sat out the entire plot. He did not develop a trusting relationship with Ogerpon like you did. He should not be surprised that Ogerpon chose to go with you. Yet, Kieran thinks you wronged him, and worse... he took it out on other people.
Drayton seems cool to the younger students around him. As you get older and remember people like him from your high school, you do realize he was a loser the whole time. He needed to graduate and move on with his life.
i always assumed that the ex-champion line was only said as a form of payback for the stuff kieran likely said to him and the other club members after becoming champion
i also love how he just tells kieran straight up: no one hates that you’re strong, everyone hates that you’re a jerk to everyone and harming yourself to get strong in the first place
