My sixth TAS. Menus are optimized. Matches consist of AI and Hitbox Exploits, 1-frame combos and all around juvenile things you wouldn't normally see in a real match.

Wow, Twelve's damage output is extremely low.
Sumgai I think Capcom thought since he can turn invisible, has the ability to copy his opponent, can fly, and has some decent special moves and anti-air attacks, they needed to downgrade his strike power. Unfortunately, that made him the "weakest" character in this game according to tiers of it.
MrAwesomeMatty yeah, Twelve should return, with new awesome breakdancing moves... and more power of course...
@@MrAwesomeMatty 5 years old but yeah the idea was to trade combo potential and damage for extreme mobility and range, they just went a bit too far with the lowering of damage and combos

It still boggles my mind that according to Capcom, Twelve is the HEAVIEST character in Street Fighter; even beating out Zangief, E. Honda, and Hugo.
His weight is listed as 85kg, but it is variable. Gill for whatever reason is 338kg.

wow!! again, I'm impressed. What made this video worth my time is that you transformed into every character and used their combos against them. That was the icing on the cake. This is the way people should play SF ( or any fighting) games! if only people could do impressive stuff like this...

T.A.S stands for Tool-Assisted Speedrun. Meaning he uses glitches and other things that would not normally happen in a regular playthrough of the game, as well as save states to finish the game as fast as possible. This applies to any game.

Twelve is probably the closest a SF character will get to a DS character. Which is not a bad thing; just making an observation.
