TAS runs are either played frame by frame for inhuman reaction time or encoded to tell the game exactly what to do for how long.
I don't think that's true. I once had a perfect arcade run as Dudley where I didn't lose a single round at all and I never fought Q. I fought him another time, but I'm not sure what I did to trigger it.
@jayjax229 It's basically where they play frame by frame... like they play hit , by hit. so basically everything is slowed down, and they can rewind, and etc to get perfects TAS are done by humans, i'd imagine they take weeks/ even months.

The requirements are mostly getting Five Super Arts or more. You can't lose to any rounds or get any results lower then E or exactly at E.
