My fourth TAS. Menus are optimized. Matches consist of AI and Hitbox Exploits, 1-frame combos and all around juvenile things you wouldn't normally see in a real match.

@Leo_ PDX54 No they weren't, but his hitboxes and damage ratios from 2nd Impact to 3rd Strike were all obviously changed for the worse sadly.

@RyukendenY Yeah, I didn't manage to get an opportunity to really set it up, but I did get a cool glitch that resulted in Makoto freezing during my parry animation.
Look at 4:36 really close: As I throw the basketball, she attacks with a light. At the instance, she hits the ball and I parry her attack at the same time, causing her to freeze until my parry animation is over due to the normal animation freeze when normals are parried.

Sean can link SA3 after MP>HK target combo on Makoto. You should have used that to show more character specific combos.
@Spore4006 Sean needs to be in the same position he taunted when the ball comes to him. If he misaligns anytime before gets to him, it'll miss. Block/hitstun almost always does this in corners.

capcom fucked up by not continueing this character in the street fighter games.
They can't yet. SF4 and 5 are before SF3. He's in SF5 as a cameo, and he's shown meeting ken. He'll probably be in SF6.
Thought about it. I'd have to make a run based on pure speed rather than trading off for shenanigans throughout the run. Plus I doubt they'd accept any of these anyway.

Check out the TAS of SFA2 on their site - it's not always about pure speed...they just want entertaining runs of games, where speed is often a factor.
