I hope they atleast make it kind of playable with full release. Just put like a low quality environment mode, cause from what I’ve seen it’s only ever the monsters and characters in low quality. I don’t need hyper realistic grass and wind physics.

High Definition PSX mode Honestly, this should be called 32-bit to get this kind of graphics instantly (or call low settings as 32-bit mode). Granted it’s more high definition since it lacks the blockiness detail on the surface (whereas PSX and Sega Saturn games do). Although 32-bit mode should also include High definition and Classic (high definition being all blocky and clean on surface; and Classic being all blocky with squared detail on surface). This mode should give a great nostalgic view for vets and newcomers alike. Plus importantly being able to play on potato systems smoothly (or 32-bit style in 30fps like the old PSX games). Welp, I just got worked up for this thought.
the LOD assets is not updating fast enough . Even Xbox and PS5 struggle with these. atleast we know that steam deck can run MH wilds perhaps on the 2nd Beta these are fixed...
Wow it launched on your deck OwO mine wouldn't load the cutscene xD it was a low res picture show and the audio would not stop stuttering xD and i did change the settings. This beta is really pure luck and reminds me of the cyberpunk launch. At least this is a BETA and hopefully its gonna be optimized for release xD but i think ill wait a year or 2 before buying lol

It’s a stream deck and it uses steamos you can dual boot windows but it sucks I’m my opinion proton is way better for this

FSR ain't working for me 😢. At the lowest possible settings without FSR and Frame Generation, I'm getting sub 20 fps gameplay.
