Ashley. Yes I shampoo'd & oonditioned after every process & let the hair air dry after every process.. Maybe let the hair sit in conditioner longer
What developer did u use? Use left it on the hair for 40 mins 2 TIMES right? It must have been a low developer cause it lightened little

Ashley. Lol! Yes a lil as most hair does when bleached , you jst have to keep up with co-washing to soften it.
