The problem with 10mm is that most of the ammo on store shelves is loaded closer to .40 s&w pressure/power range. Meaning it's actually under powered for what it's supposed to be. Very little 10mm on the market, compared to the variety available, is loaded to full house specifications. This creates a lot of issues with properly springing the gun. If you spring it for full power true 10mm spec it won't be very reliable with the other stuff on the market. If you spring it for the other stuff on the market and decide to run true spec 10mm through it the gun will wear out significantly faster or even be badly damaged by it. While I think people should be aware of how the gun is sprung so they run the correct power 10mm through it the fact is most people will just run what they can find. I believe these factors are why Alchemy Custom Weaponry doesn't offer 10mm in their lineup.

After a couple of standard options the price is pushing $5k, I think I'd be better off finding a nice 2019 Staccato P, or a Heritage Edition, for $2k less. This is approaching Hayes Cobra money
