Update on my first Procreate Dreams Project

Here is an updated version of my first Procreate Scene, I added a scene at the start with a little day/ night transition - stay tuned for further updates in the future. #procreatedreams #procreate

I don’t even know, way too long. It was also the first animation I did in dreams after it released, so first I had to get a hang of the software too. The only thing I can tell you, the detailed Illustration of the cityscape was previously done in classic Procreate and took about 18 h.

how would you say your experience with Procreate Dreams so far? I can tell you have a lot of experience with animation. How does Procreate Dreams compare to other animation apps?

The only other animation software I use extensively is Blender tbh. Blender has some pretty neat features when it comes to combining 2D and 3D elements, but can be challenging to get a hang of.
Dreams on the other hand is still in its infancy with a long way to go for the Devs. Some crucial QOL features are missing, probably some being to buggy for release, others being planned in future updates. Still, Dreams is definitely more beginner friendly and a real powerhouse regarding render times, or in combination with classic Procreate, regarding asset creation and transfer between the two.
