I love the house with the blue kitchen and the skylights. Just think of all the entertaining you could do in a new house. The small bedroom, the nursery, would be a good room for you to shoot your videos in. I just love you two together. You are so in love and so loving to one another. Thank you ever so much for showing us the house too.
I love that you open all the cupboards and show us all the storage and plugs. I hate when people don’t show storage. It’s like I wanna see the how much storage space there is😂😭show me the cupboard under the stairs. Great video😊
I like this first house for you, and can picture you two in it. :) They should be able to modify that hallway bathroom shower to meet your needs. That's the beauty of new construction.
I am from U.S. I once lived in free standing home with a living room that was 22ft. by 22ft. with a matching den kitchen that was 16ft. by 20 feet. This house had four bedrooms each. big enough for two full size beds. House build sometime in 1890,s. Raised my children there. Huge yard. Many oak trees. Full of flower beds. Grandson of builder now lives there. Front porch and back porch. She is a beautiful old lady.
I watched the weekly vlog with the house tours. The 1st house for both of you would be my choice. On my suggestions list from UA-cam were the virtual tours from the same company!! Both of you did a MUCH better job giving the tour of the houses by noticing things that the homeowners would want & need!! I love British houses & would love to live in one, even your current home Elliot!!
You could hang basket shelves behind the doors of the cupboard in the kitchen to extend the pantry storage. How frequently do folks in the UK market for food seeing that storage space is limited?
I am the Brit in Miami, and one thing I have is all European appliances, as I have a small space but my fridge / freezer holds much than some of the big US ones I've had. Love this house, but again lower cupboards are better as drawers, easier to use. nice house for you overall.
I like the first house best! Just change the little things like countertop and sink. Your all set! Very pretty. You need a larger sitting room for guests.
First home is in a lovely neighborhood. You have found some wonderful options which have the latest "looks." It has bern fun listening to you both share your Ooooooos and ahhhhhhhs and your comments! Good luck reaching your decision of which one to buy if you decide to move! 🏘🌳
' Countryside properties'. Another decade and there'll be no countryside left to build properties on! And due to the ever increasing need for houses there will be ever stricter rules on property sizes. Hence the current complaint that even so-called 5 bedroom new builds usually actually mean 3 bedrooms fit for purpose and 2 which would just about accommodate a single bed! Also, the utility space just next to the kitchen, unless it has ventilation, would not be suitable for a tumble dryer. These appliances overheat very quickly and require sufficient ventilation to the outside via a concertina hose attached to a suitably sized apperture in the external brickwork. Definitely big enough for a couple, though.
Matt and elliot you both show the properties really well, don't get me wrong very nicely decorated too... However in this day and age consider more and more people are looking for space and more than a postage stamp for a garden....are we now building for a property market that have different tastes to what the designers feel is sufficient for the needs of the majority......I hate to say this will not do.....we settle for so little I feel....sorry I would rather pay for the shell of the house with no carpets, fittings, kitchen, all the extras that we are now paying for over twenty five years and of course a larger garden without the shed........
I think it’s a land issue. Restrictions on green belt building and an ever expanding population makes big houses desirable but out of the reach of most people. I’d love for them to design bigger houses with large gardens for the same cost but somehow I think that’s cuckoo land. ❤️
This was one of our first tours which wasn’t even supposed to be a tour really. It was us actually house hunting for a home. In later videos we use stabilisation equipment.

With the 2nd Viewing I fell in love 😍 with it all over again. 😀👍🏼👍🏼

Used to be most people did big weekly shops but nowadays people go a few sometimes more times a week.

Such a well thought out design. Love it!
It is fantastic!

Love the first home!!!! So exciting!!! Thank you for sharing♥️🌻 Best of luck.
It is a nice home. I like it. 🥰
That third floor bath could have been tiled from wall to wall to make shower so much larger.
Great vlog!!! Though it’s Stonefield edge, bilston.
Not the one you have put in the intro Wards keep, Darlston.
Love the kitchen
Are you guys looking for a new house? Exciting! I love house hunting and dreaming. :) -Denise
Cute doll house type house..not very large but great for couple...that don't entertain.
The first one for you two❣❣
It's very nice but OMG it is so small! Is it an average size new build for the UK?. Maybe we are spoiled by the big homes we get in Oz.
Yes that’s average 3 bed new build in U.K.
Congrstuleison!

The whole house has built in ventilation system. This is also installed in the utility cupboard so no need for external venting.
@@ElliotNMatt Ah right, that makes sense. Have a great week.
Dears matt and elliot , nwe housr is very suny!
UK plugs are huge !
I am thinking this is a development for young families & kids.
So this is the lucky winner?? 🙂
Rooms are too small and narrow
That’s the cost of living in the U.K. You want bigger and you are looking at paying allot more money.

@@ElliotNMatt or start to move further northwards I guess
I couldn't watch the whole thing because the jumpy, choppy, constantly moving video work made me dizzy, then actually nauseous!

@@ElliotNMatt Oh, good. I like your descriptions, observations and thoroughness - even opening kitchen cupboards and wardrobes.
