    ഞാൻ ഇപ്പൊ 2500 കലോറി വെച്ച് കഴിക്കുന്നു. ചെലവാണ്. 350 രൂപക്ക് ചിക്കൻ വാങ്ങിയാൽ 4 ദിവസം മാക്സിമം. പിന്നെ മുട്ട, പാൽ, പച്ചക്കറി, fruits വേറെ. പക്ഷെ വളഞ്ഞു കുത്തിയ ബോഡി നന്നായി വരുന്നത് കാണുമ്പോൾ ഒരു സന്തോഷം🙂. 5 കിലോ കൂടി കേറ്റിയിട്ടു cutting തുടങ്ങാൻ ആണ് പ്ലാൻ.
