Brilliant book. For once, not only strong female characters who are not super sexual but human. Positive characters, be it humans or animals. Very different and thoroughly enjoyable.
Many of Tamora Pierce' books are written about strong female and/or children characters. Her books are classed as "juveniles" but are excellent reading, no matter what the readers' age.
Tamora Pierce is one of my favorite Young Adult authors! I am 32 now but I honestly still enjoy reading her strong female characters. One of my favorites of hers is Trickster’s Choice and the fallow up book, Tricksters Queen. This series is my second top favorite.
I love the traveling troubadour minstrel music. It provides a jaunty sense of adventure and olden times of yore; In a Land of Legend, Myth and Lore! Thank you so MUCH. I love listening to autibooks to help me fall asleep. Now relistening to catch what I missed. I normally don't like music with audiobooks. However this took me back and reminded me of the "turn the page books with records" from the 80's. Thank You for the happy memory.

I’ve got all her books in my collection and always looking forward for more Tortall stories, I hope the author will not stop writing about Tortall and it’s characters and I’ve listened to this audio so many times already
This is the first audiobook I've actually listened to all the way through. I've tried a few others but the narration on them was horrible, the voices the one person reading imagined for the characters sucked. Ms. Pierce is an excellent narration reader and the fact that The Full Cast Family is there reading the speaking parts of the characters is a huge plus. It was more like watching a play than listening to an audiobook for me. I made several crochet projects while listening to this.
Hey, I don't know if this is up your alley or if these are the sort you'd prefer to read in hand, but I've really enjoyed the audiobook of how to train your dragon (read by david tennant), Coraline, Wizard's first rule, and Eragon, all on yt. Also, I really enjoyed The Host by stephanie meyer (completely unrelated to twilight, and found on audible) Hope you have some luck finding ones you like, and have fun crocheting! ...just saw you posted this a long while ago, but anyway there u go
I love this series and have loved it since I discovered it as a young teen. I am so glad it is in audiobook form here. I put this on when my oma was in the hospital and I couldn't sleep from the anxiety. Bless ya for this!

this is how audios books is supposed to be.. top audio reading/recordings. 11 out of 10 ;) story .. the whining is hard to listen to probably hits ppl different .. . but decent story. ;)

I have read the books repeatedly over the decades but I have to say trying to listen to these "fullcast" audios is extremely painful . JUST READ IT !!!!!
i was wondering if there was a way for you to upload these to a google drive like the other tamora peirce books. i love listening to these books while i work but it uses so much data on my phone that i need for my job so i tend to download them at home so i can have them data-free for my job.
