We broke our cruising maiden on Legend sailing from Seattle to Alaska in 2014. My how they have spruced the Old Girl up since then including a retractable roof over the Lido Pool area 👍. And now that she is home ported in our home town of Baltimore, it looks like Grammy and I will have to dress a whole lot better to fit right in.😂Welcome to BALTIMORE Old Friend,,,,,,,,❤️❤️

This was the first cruise ship I ever sailed on. It was our honeymoon in 2009 when she was sailing out of Tampa. It wasn’t my wife’s first cruise though. We’ve been on a lot of cruises since then and in June 2023 we’ll be sailing on Legend again. We live near Cleveland and Baltimore is an easy drive for us to make. With airfare being so expensive right now it makes the most sense.
We loved the Legend. Small ship but the staff was wonderful. Happy Sailing! We will be on the Carnival Pride on November 26th. Enjoy our videos. Thank you for leaving us a comment. We love our viewers.
My wife and I live in Wheeling WV and we will on the Legend from 11- 18 June this year. It will be our 3rd time on the Legend and the 9th time on a Spirit class ship.
Legend is amazing and yes very similar to the pride only more majestic theme with darker colors. Have a great time on your cruise. They have regular standard plugs and usb plugs as well so you’ll be able to charge your phones. However we always take a converter with us for extra plugs when we need them. Hope this helps. Happy cruising! Will you be cruising on the Dream soon? 🛳️😊
Usually you can get a copy of daily schedule at guest services desk. And the menu for dining hall is in your carnival app under food and drinks each day with a list of other restaurants on ship. Hope this helps. 😊
@@charitybender5098 oh I’m sorry. I don’t believe they offer menus like that for dining hall but you could always contact carnival and ask. Each ship is different and may have different menus offered. Menus usually won’t post in carnival app until you board the ship then you can view daily menus in app.
@@tjfun71 No we were not, but we are scheduled for our very first cruise next May (13th-21st). We wanted to get a feel for how many kids are on ship and what the weather would be like. Were there a lot of little kids on ship on your cruise?
@@tammymazzatenta2548 on this cruise there were many kids and all in the hot tub and pools so didn’t get to go in them much cause they were loud but having a good time that’s all. Unfortunately, the smaller ships when kids on them it does take the time for adults only to use the pool away. However, you can use the serenity pool on this ship as the whole area is for 21 and older only and there is a hot tub there too. This was a beautiful ship but the decor was very dark compared to other ships. We still enjoyed ourselves though. Have a wonderful cruise when you go. Our next cruise will be in August on the magic which we’ve been on before just didn’t film that time. We will be filming it in august and the pride in November. Our favorite ship is the Magic out of the many we’ve been on.

Do you need a converter for the electrical outlets to charge our phones?

May I ask if the pools are completely closed on port days?
Sometimes they close to drain and fill or clean so it depends on the ship. We’ve seen some stay open and some close while in ports.
