One question: I note your comment about not leaning forward, but I found my body tilting forward naturally. How can I improve on that?
Way to go Chris! Proud of you man. So one of the ways would be to straighten your legs out in front of you a little bit more. And the slight lean may have been from your chest wanting to assist you with the dip. The more you do it, the tighter your form will get, Chris. Again, great job!

I felt like it defeated me but I also realized that it was my first time doing these. I have sore Triceps today and they feel good. I think I can convert this same method/system to other muscles. I have some arthritis due to older injuries and using the lighter weights is a god send for my joints. I've been doing them for just a week. I'll get back in a few months with another eval. This work out focuses on tri's but works chest and shoulders as well. The short time between exercises and explosiveness of reps is also cardio.

I've noticed that the muscle in my shoulder has shrunk down badly. I talked to a guy that does crossfit about my problem and he told me that I can build muscle again, do you know if this is possible?

Hey man, the tricep makes up 70% of the arm. Which is why they are so much bigger. It may be genetic for you or your biceps are just more developed. Try out some of these exercises - you'll get some BIG growth.
Close grip pushups, bench or chair reverse dips, bent over dumbbell extension. Keep elbows in and strict form... Squeeze end of each extension and pause b4 returning.
