Right there with you. I got 3 with a 4th on the way. I haven't flipped the switch on them yet. I also have a Delta Pro 3600 and a 1300. 1 - 24 volt and 2 12 volt. And got eyes on taking one of the 12s to 48 with a couple more batteries. I like the idea of multiple systems in case something goes down I got backups for the most important stuff. Unfortunately, being in Texas AC is the biggest energy draw.

Very good basic way to get started. I love the PowerStation's. I have a few now. great time to be thinking about making your own power. The power Grid in the US is in trouble. Going down a lot. Record Breaking GRID DOWN. Texas been in the news a lot lately. Now Las Vegas NV had a recent large grid down. and during a heat wave, some have died . I am in NY and over the years a grid down is happing more often and longer I am seeing. this is not everywhere . but watch the news . power going out a lot more now then in years past. and the cost ! as a electrician I get asked a lot about reducing electric bill.

Even here the grid been going down. It is seriously outdated. More and more people looking to avoid being dependent on the unreliable grid! The news everyday is showing how vulnerable we are. Crazy times indeed. Aloha!🤙

Good show, back to basics so regular folks can learn about being prepped for coming power-grid outages. Glad to see your YT success has not gotten you to concentrating on esoteric, outlandishly expensive stuff only a select few can afford. You ever make any hand-truck solar generators to wheel around your property? I've made four of them in the last 3-1/2 yrs. and can help my neighbors run washing machines, etc when the chips are down. Mahalo.🍍

Thanks for very informative video. I used to have zero idea how to make off grid solar systems but with research here on UA-cam I now know how to build simple systems. Pretty much you have to search how much power you are using and find a battery that will last 3 days without solar to build a really good system. Most important to me is the refrigerator if it uses 1kwh per day than a 3kwh battery will run it for 3 days with no solar. I would use maybe 600watt of solar to keep it running 24/7 off grid or as much solar as you need to keep the batteries charged. Next I would find a way to have all the household lights to run off grid as well, during a power outage it will be difficult to see anything at night. With led bulbs it will be a less expensive solar system build. And for A/C I've heard there is a really cool mini split that can be powered with 3 solar panels from a company called Airspool < Most a/c systems are reliable but need to do more research on this brand & if it can cool at least 1 room.

However, I'm ecstatic about other people's salad concoctions and my two my personal dishes: Grandma's Liver Dumpling Soup which embarrassingly resemble excrement in urine and Mom's Roulade which is little more than an inside out steak burger served with potato noodle and brown gravy 😊 Yet, I eat plain oats everyday.

I`ve talked to solar forums until simply giving up trying to simply get one single person to tell me if it`s possible to use two 200w panels in series into a 60 amp MPPT charge controller connected to a 300ah 12v battery. It is impossible to get straight answers. I unhooked my panels and controller after two attempts after trying to get answers and getting a different story from 8 different people. I wall-charge the battery before storms. It cost too much to risk. Apparently a BMS does nothing and I can overcharge the battery, according to one guy, if I don`t "tell my charge controller the exact capacity of the battery." That`s when I just gave up. Why can`t they build a simple LiFeP04 charger you can connect to a battery and solar without 10,000 settings?

I just want to get 400 watts input into a 12v 300ah battery with a 12v to 48v 60 amp MPPT charge controller with 8 gauge MC4 & 8 gauge tray cables and 600 to 800 watts of panels and solar forums have confused me beyond belief. I simply want to power a 400w air conditioner without spending another 3000. I almost got a power station with "500w" solar input...yet another scam...because you have to pay a huge amount for THEIR matched FOLDING panels to get that! Not real panels....FOLDING PLASTIC ONES!
