I've grown so weary of always hearing about negative behaviors of teens...this story is so welcome and so refreshing!! There are lots of good kids out there, but they are seldom featured anywhere. I am so glad you took the time to post this story!
Of course I was once a teen...I was one of the less newsworthy kids that volunteered at a local hospital, delivered coats and PJs to local shelters, etc. It's just nice to see a story about the quiet majority. Well done, kids!!

Henry Ha not all teenagers are bad, unfortunately a lot of people just assume that once a child turns thirteen they become a law breaking drug addict or something. This is such a misjudgment, I know lots of teenagers (myself included) who are the complete opposite.

Wow! Seriously folks?! So they left a sign of the cross, and did a very selfless act....get over it. God is awesome, and maybe he's changed these boys lives in some way for the better, and they're just laying it forward. They didn't knock on anyone's door and hand a pamphlet, ask for money, NO! However, perhaps, their message is simple; there are some "teenagers"that can still do the right thing, even when not asked too....being kind is priceless, y'all critics should try it sometime. I suspect that it was a slow news day and one of the people who had their driveway shoveled called the news station because they have no idea of what counts as news. Once a news van shows up in your face, it is just plain rude to simply turn them away, so they gave a brief and humble statement.
I would've been great if they stayed anonymous.

I am disabled and had two young men who were doing missionary work cleared the snow from around my car after the plows buried it on a number of heavy snow days. I was very thankful for their help and asked them to pray with me after they refused to except any money for their hard work.

We also hold toy drives for children's hospitals and many other charities. We invite the local officials to our mosque for a meal every year to thank them for their services. The Muslim community does many things for the community, we are taught to be good to our neighbors and fellow brother and sisters in humanity.
