John - when they won't take a tip, try this tactic -- call the local pizza hut/dominoes/little caesars/papa johns/subway/whatever and get them to deliver $200 in "something for everyone" meals over -- kinda hard to say no then. Everyone loves free food.

The travel portion of this video is just like most of my dreams/nightmares...but the only good thing that happens to me is that I wake up in my own bed, a bit shaken and amazed at the weirdness of it all...but happy to be awake in my own house. 🙂
For the rug displays, pop a tarp over it and it becomes a shelter for your pallets when you do the summer outdoor sales you talked about in past video (therefore less good weather dependent as stock is not fully out in the elements)
That or secure it outside for a perm home for your trolleys during sales

What you called hose I believe is PEX tubing. The blue colored is regular water line and the orange is used for under floor heating.
I never want to fly again after watching your videos.
You may check with concrete coring /sawing companys about the orange hose. They use a lot of it
Glad you're still at it. I'd love to set up a market or warehouse and drive traffic there. I tried the flea market thing and selling lots and mystery boxes online. It's not an easy business to be in. Still have more makeup than I know what to do with, all of it WAS unopened until I started doing flea markets.. why people open stuff right infront of you and put it back is beyond me. Human garbage. But I found my niche doing other things and finally see that taking off. Still love watching these videos and miss the hunt.

I would’ve taken the Amtrak Texas Eagle down to Texas if my flight was cancelled. The train is super cheap. We take the train on our trips from Bloomington Il to chicago all the time.

I started by flipping items I got for free. Essentially zero cost in the beginning. I built up to this over time.
@@ResaleRabbit I basically did the same with storage auctions a few years ago, but the buyers market really seemed to dry up around here just before the pandemic, and both the auction houses that I dealt with went out of business. I am a single disabled father, and we would even set up stands at flea markets, but like I said, buyers sort of stopped buying much here, and I tried to stay away from Ebay sales because of difficulties with distant sales. I mostly anymore stick to selling on marketplace where I post terms of sale, that protect me and the buyers from change in price, offering bills of sale, but that I only handle local sales within a 40 mile radius for delivery. I definitely didn't want to get into dealing with credit card fees. So I tell them up front, I only do cash on delivery. It's just very hard to get sales this way, but I make sure I run it honest, and easy.

I avoid flying out of DFW at all costs. There ALWAYS seems to be a long delay. This video affirms my choice to drive IF the drive time is less than 10 hrs. I hate flying................period

Well you would have gone there instead because your chosen airline didn't want to fill the fuel tanks as carrying unburnt fuel is a loss to the airlines shareholders - unsure ?- well just check your aircraft's expected range fully fuel laden (triptracker will give you all the flight info you require)
