4:42 SLC500 is the family. The 174*- number is the card model. Most all SLC500 cards start with 1746- You could probably sell the whole box to Radwell aka the PLC Center.
8:17 is flex I/O modules and bases. Depending on the card type you might do pretty good on those. Again, I’d reach out to Radwell first
I would love a video on freight shipping in general. There are a few people who talk about it on youtube but have it locked behind a course or membership.
Would be interesting to see some updates on this stuff. I have a lot of respect for your approach of reselling stuff that you don't yet have any knowledge on. Gotta start somewhere, but this industrial stuff seems way too niche to sell on ebay. So many items without any that recently sold would make me very anxious.

You could go straight to a local electrician and try and sell the parts in bulk
You should remember that end users of these items may be bidding against you at the auction. If they're not re-sellers, they can afford to pay more, since they don't need a profit margin.
I never promote my ebay items, EXCEPT, industrial. I found it is worth it. That stuff seems to move faster that way. I learned that with a gear reducer I had. Listed for 2 years and nothing. Promoted it to just see, sold in like 3 days. Could have been coincidence, but I now promote that kind of stuff.
