Hello! Thank you for your videos. I notice that i struggle with the curl. do you have any videos on strengthening the abs? I am working on my pelvis tilt and notice my upper abs stink in and i have to focus on keeping that area upright while keeping the pelvis upright as well
Colm i forget which one, but, you did time arch / curl for us or people that have a hard time arching or curling i struggle b sometimes as in my recent fall ?

Which video would be best for the whole back I fell upper back chest waist chest , worse then usual. Lower back is always there, i don't know my problems is because of the Osteoporosis?

Plain ol’ Arch & Flatten plus Back Lift will get your whole back most efficiently.
