This home would be great as a starter home.
This would make a great first home, or a great home for retirees.
I like this home. The only thing I would change is nicer shower doors.
Good Job Raiden helping your dad
Loved the size! GOD bless
This home is super cozy! I would love this for my Mom!
This home is like a Grandma flat 😊
I love this home 🏠 only things I’d change no carpet white cabinets and different countertops 😊 and ALL under mount sinks.
190k for 1000 sq foot is unreal expensive. This home should be like 140k AS IS..
Absolutely agree !!
Nice cozy sized home.
It’s a beautiful home indeed love the price and your son is getting bigger he loves cars I see he’s so handsome great job
It's very nice. I would like it a little bigger. I want my kids and grandchildren to be comfortable while eating dinner over.
This would be perfect for me and my boyfriend and cats
Nice size for me and my fiance. If I could choose I'd have it as a two bedroom and make the living room and kitchen a bit bigger. But overall very nice
Wow beautiful l love it and thank u for sharing Mr. Nate From Breeley Colorado
Love the home but would be better as a 2 bedroom. And would want a tiled shower and dual sinks! $190k is a little high,,should be around $140- 150k.
I like it small but easy
This is a more practical home. A bit short at 40', I'd go 48'. The guest bath is nice. I like the transom window for natural light. Needs a medicine cabinet above the sink and an over the John cabinet. I do like the master bath with transom window. I'd prefer the level counter and I like the one piece shower. Again though a big medicine cabinet over the sink and an over the John cabinet.
The price is high for a very plain house. It would be better as a 2 bedroom making the living room bigger. Other than that can be a cute house for a beginner or retired person or couple. Ellen from Arkansas.
Nice for me to retire in. Especially on a basement.
Nice starter home.
Would corner closest be better? tile shower, double sinks. Great little home!
Noce place Mr Nate
Put doors on the open cubbies and this wouldn't be bad home.
For that square footage, I'd have it as a 2 bed/1 bath. Kitchen needs a walk-in pantry. Where is the coat closet, that's supposed to be right by the front door?
I'd say that's a bit different. I'm not sure about all the rooms coming off the living room. The home looks good though.
To finish my comments, there are 8 drawers in the kitchen, not the best arrangement but acceptable and I saw a pantry cupboard for a little more storage. For me I would want gas water heater, furnace and stove. Heat vents in the floor are a necessity for me. Overall a nice little house. Practical for a retiree or single couple. It was nice seeing something mor practical without a lot of wasted space. Have you in your travels and talking with dealers and manufactures have you ever talked about "on demand" electric or gas hot water systems? Lot of talk about solar and energy efficient building upgrades but I've never seen or heard of the "on demand" hot water systems. Rheem puts in a lot of hot water tanks in these homes. They also make "on demand" systems. I would think that would be more energy efficient. Just asking.
Some biulds have that as an option. Zennihome has that as standard, but they are more of an ADU style home. Here is a link to one of their homes I toured. ua-cam.com/video/7puikUaozO4/v-deo.html
My home is 965 Sq with 3 bedrms and seems bigger than this home although I only have one bathroom and it is really small but the rest of my home seems bigger with a 13/ 17 livingrm
I do agree it's a nice starter home. But not a good floor plan no privacy for the rooms and the price is high
So cute but Overpriced
While I liked the porch and the built in bookcase, that was pretty much the extent of what I did like. The rooms were all small and cramped. There was no storage space to speak of and certainly very little space to work in the kitchen. I didn't like the attic access in the dining room. It would have been better in tge laundry room. You used the phrase "...for the size of the home" at least three times. It felt like a patent justification for the small rooms. They may have been proportionate, but to me, they were basically not really functional.
Un huracán y no queda nada
A little bit small
Hi to Raidon and good job helping Dad
$190K and you don’t get soft closing drawers, granite or a linen closet in the extra bathroom?? Too too much $$$
