In 2020 we bought a Deer Valley modular home. We love it now, but the set up and delivery was a bad experience. Be aware if you buy modular or mobile home every set up crew is different. They sent us 2 crews and things still arent perfect but what house is. Our modular is almost 2500 sqft and I really wish we didn't get such a big house now. 4 Beds and 2 baths and 2 living rooms is A LOT to clean! When I saw this I immediately wished we got this smaller size home. If I had to do it over again I'd def get the smaller one.

Thanks for showing how you got both halves on one long trailer. Thanks also for the rest of the video. This is a very nice model. The porch is a nice size, and there is the option of adding another porch or deck outside the other door, either right away, or at a later time. The laundry room with the side -by-side washer-dryer hookup was nice. There was plenty of storage throughout the home. Whoever staged the living room did a nice job. The color scheme wasn't to my personal taste, but worked well. It doesn't have to be to my taste to look good, and it definitely looked very nice. I really liked all of the counter space in the kitchen, and the fact that there is a place for a dining area in addition to that long kitchen island. It's a comfortable looking place. It also looks like it would be easy to make it user friendly for disabled people too. I have the dual misfortunes of being on a small fixed income, and disabled, so I can't afford one of these nice units, but I bet you sell a lot of them. On my own plus side, I'm living in a nice handicapped accessible apartment, in a nice apartment complex, in a nice, semi rural town, with lots of tourist attractions nearby. Ideally, I'd like to live in a home office my own, on my own property, closet to some relatives in the area, but since that's not possible, my current home is a nice second choice.
Thanks again for this video post. I enjoy doing these virtual tours of homes for sale, even though I can't afford any of them. With my health issues I don't get out much, so I use internet videos as an alternative to going out.

This is beautiful! while the front porch is a wonderful spot to watch the world' go by I would like to see enough room in the laundry room for a small upright freezer , a coat closet and a broom closet. Nothing giant but big enough to be useful

@@WheresWilHomeTours What's the price minus where someone lives. The description box isn't giving anything. Chance gives his viewers price ranges with the disclaimer that other fees will apply based upon where you live.
I like that the kitchen isn't right in the living room, so to speak. In most floor plans the kitchen is right on the other side of the living room, with no separation. But on this one the kitchen is off to the side, with a partial wall between them. It makes it feel more like a stick built home, which I like. I do not like having my sofa next to the fridge, thank you very much.
There are certainly a few design changes I'd make but, this house seems like a wonderful size and it is very nicely staged.

I just watched a tour of this house in a three-bedroom format. The third bedroom was located where the porch is, and a front door was added to the living room next to the kitchen. This two-bedroom is a very nice house. I prefer the porch version. I have come to loath barn doors, especially on a bathroom so, I would opt for a pocket door if available. I would also want a window added to the guest bedroom on the front(?) as the blank wall looks odd. Does this come in a modular version?
I believe their sun valley series is modular, and they have the haven as an option

What a beauty!!!!! Probably not sold in New England though. A lot of these fine models are sold down south. Too bad!!! What New Englander wouldn't want a home like this? Please build a factory out here if you haven't already. Why leave us out of the loop?
These homes are made in Guin, AL. So I am going to assume that they won't deliver to New England. The highest this is delivered from the factory is WV. Click the link in the description and see if it can be delivered to you from WV.

Needs a fireplace, a sink in laundry room . And the furnace moved from the wall that is shared by the master bedroom . Please put an exit door in the laundry at the end of the home so a carport could be placed their. Still , a lovely small home .

What is the difference between a manufactured home and stick built? It doesn't look secured to the ground. A tornado or hurricane could destroy this in a matter of seconds.
Hi! THese homes are built to regional standards based on the location of the home. You would be surprised really. Manufactured homes often fair better than Sticks when it comes to storms. Based on the International Building Code, a manufactured home that will be placed in a hurricane-prone area must be designed to withstand sustained wind speeds of 160 mph. In the rest of the country, manufactured homes should be able to resist wind speeds of 130 mph in Wind Zone 1 and 150 mph in Wind Zone 2. @@WheresWilHomeTours when I was working on my degree at UL, I took a few weather classes. One of the greatest hurricane disasters in Florida was due to homes being built on concrete slabs. They changed the laws at that time. All structures must be attached to their foundation. Nice try though.

Just too small for me. I’m currently living in a 1356 sq ft but garage is included in that and I have a lot more useable room in my 2 bedroom than this. I have 9 drawers in my kitchen. I also do NOT like tiny half shelves in lower cabinets. Need the space even if we have to get on our knees to access our stuff!! Lol. Perhaps reconfigured, it could be more useable space somehow. But good quality home !! I luv Deer Valley and Franklin Homes. I’m currently in market in TX. Can you recommend anyone near Central TX or Waco to be specific.
It’s a beautiful home only thing is I don’t want my laundry room off the kitchen. It’s like having a bathroom off the kitchen, just don’t like that.

Love this house but I would need three bedrooms and a basement.

So dumb that most of these are laid out nicely but forget completely about having a coat closet near the front entrance door.

There is no base price. Not even an approx base price. It's all a dirty trick. Won't be buying deer valley. I've heard things any old way

Not a dirty trick. I travel the US and prices vary region to region. The link in the description takes you to the floorplan where you can get in contact with a retailer near you to give you appropriate pricing. This homes base price starts at $205,000
Any of these homes can be made to ADA Standards. Mainly when you order your home and it's delivered you can have a ramp built plus more.

I love almost everything about this home! There are only two things I would change. I wish that there was a sink in the laundry area and that the hot water heater wasn't in the master closet.
AND there are no closets by either door. Where do you put your coats or the vacuum?

Nice floor plan. Would like a little more counter space in the kitchen but overall very nice.
Do you offer fireplaces, metal roofs and bolting the home onto a basement? Can I get low-E windows? What about steel door frames and reinforced steel doors?
Love the size but the layout is weird with the bedrooms and bath. Feel like it should be somewhat hidden for privacy for guest.
Look very nice until we get to the bedrooms, The 2 bedrooms are way too small and the bathrooms are real small so that means too much living space not enough be and bad space.
Can wooden shelves be put in? I do not like the wired shelving. I would also like to know if the stove can be replaced with a gas one.
Need a electric fireplace with shelves on both side....Deer Valley always known by there fireplace that would beautiful and again must have a linen closet for all my sheets....what's the price????
