- Welcome back. Today we are at Southern Colonel Homes in Hattiseburg, MS. We are looking at the Roddy. It is 32'; x 76' for 2280 sq ft.
This home is 4 bedroom and 3 baths with 2 giant tile showers. It features to primary suites. One at each end of the home. In the kitchen you have drawers over doors and tons of upper cabinets.

Fantastic guest bathroom
This is the best one yet! Perfect size kitchen. But forget the brick pillars. Love the FP. Love the drawer pulls. But dont need 6 bathroom sinks.
Not my perfect design but I would most definitely look at this home very seriously, I know it's because of the kitchen but love the longer wall in the living room.
I love the 2 primary bedrooms, it would be perfect for us, our oldest daughter could have the 2nd primary while the 2 youngest get the smaller rooms. I wish more homes had spaces like this for the oldest!
Love the kitchen. Not crazy about the half brick pillars? Looks like their unfinished. Do like the brick fireplace. Nice guest bathroom. Nice second bath in room. Its good if you have visitors staying for a week or so. Nice size primary. Shower is nice size dont like the wood effect. Very nice home. Thank you for the tour.
This one is ok . Not crazy about the wall between the kitchen and front room or the brick pillars. The master bedroom is really nice because of the size and the shower in the master is beautiful. I am a fan of the color theme they did in this one . Thanks for sharing this with us but mostly, stay safe out there. 😊
Perfect house
Nate if your son is really wanting to play guitar get him a good one and get him lessons, that’s what I did for my son. Now for the home I can’t believe they put 2 sinks in the guest bathroom and ran the tile all the way to the ceiling. They must really must be reading the feedback from the people that are watching. Also they are putting the water heater in the utility rooms now. I really love this one good job and have a good weekend

I would want a free standing tub in the master bathrooms
Love the kitchen and all the cabinets and drawers. ❤. I would opt outta the brick pillars. The fireplace needs and must have a mantel.
There is one that they install after the home is delivered when they do the custom, if you get the stone from factory, it comes with the wooden one you normally see in the homes.
Beautiful home. I would take the pillars out. Great kitchen, but I need a nice size pantry. Love the two bedrooms with their bathrooms. Very nice third bathroom. Living room a tad small but doable. Needs a coat closet.

It's perfect
Nate the only things I would change is move the microwave beside the fridge with two drawers, pantry isn’t needed but would work well for us, remove the two brick columns, put atrium door where the window is in dining room and put gas cooking stove in.

Beautiful home. I love the 2 Primary BR but my 2 kids would definitely squabble over it. The fireplace I would opt for electric for show. Missing a Pantry! 😊

Don't like the brick column , finally a great utility room , no tub in guest bath , pantry would be nice, once again no tub in MB .Great home!
Love the tile in the second master shower, just need the pebbles style stone on the shower pan.
I was gonna mention something like that in the outro and forgot.
I would want that awning on all the wi dows. It might prevent hail damage in storms.
As another poster stated, Get a better guitar. The bridge is already messed up, but worse, especially for a beginner, the frets are super high off of the fingerboard. It's hard to chord and play single notes.
It’s a nice looking house. My question to you is the exterior mating joints and pipes coming through the subfloor sealed with sealant as Required Per 24 CFR 3280.307 Resistance to the elements and use?
Does your state agency go to the retailer lot and inspect the manufactured homes to ensure that the home complies to the Federal Construction and Safety Standards Act as required by the rules, regulations, requirements, and to the HUD- Code Standards?
I'll take the stone fireplace and the alternate divider structures that look more like Barn Posts.

Beautiful house but it needs a pantry and the trim around the bathroom mirrors looks cheap.
No your moving the bar up that holds the strings won't effect the way he holds the guitar or how he learns the fret position's.

I would try a loca Clayton dealer and see if they can get you this home, as it is made by a dvision of Clayton.
I don’t know who the heck decided where the water heaters go but bad placement
Better than inside the side wall of the wardrobe style closet with a poor panel that screws on inside the master closet or some other closet. Mine is exactly like that in My Master bedroom wardrobe closet. Three disasters and two water heaters in less than 5 years.

First I seen as walking in door was how floor was put together , nope . Brick walls Columns has to go. Walls look cheap. Was much brown, don’t get me wrong I like color but not so much of it, lighter floors. Pull out drawer in kitchen, move microwave people really don’t like them above there heads cooking. Do building above a oven in wall. Poor design of kitchen, no use that many pull out top drawers, come on .. do pull full drawer. Take top one out.. island don’t like it all at, so close to refrigerator people seating eating have to get up if some else needs to get in refrigerator. 4 seats looks like no room to move not comfortable when eating. I have stove In island for more room. Cabinet above refrigerator is a waste of money people hate it because you can’t never get to it.

The space in this house is amazing but I just hate the American way that you walk in through the front door straight into a family room or living room. Such a loss of privacy anytime someone knocks on your door. Also that huge fridge looks awful where its been situated and the mini stone pillars in the family room are just pointless and space restricting!

Vents in the floor- a big NO! A house this size without a coat closet- a big NO! Primary bedroom entrance in the living room- a big NO.
