For substitution, you can add more espresso powder for more coffee flavor. It brings that dark bitter coffee flavor. The Kahlua adds this bitter and sweet flavor. So yes, you can add a bit more vanilla extract to it as well.

맛은 좋았는데, 시트 밑부분이 빵떡처럼 되는 바람에 식감이 너무 아쉽네요. 담번엔 시트에 버터 대신 오일을 넣어 구워봐야겠어요.

마스카포네 치즈 mila꺼사서 했는데 분리현상?엄청 심하더라고요ㅠㅠ 여기저기 찾아봐서 따뜻한상태로 저속휘핑하니까 부드러워졌는데 달걀혼합물 섞을때부터 분리가되는가싶더니 생크림넣을때 너무 막 분리되요ㅠㅠㅠ 이러쿵저러쿵해서 하긴했는데 영상보다 꾸덕꾸덕해요...틀에넣고 냉동실에 넣어둿는데 일단 윗면도 분리되는거 딱보이고 판판해지지도 않더라고요. 마스카포네치즈 어떻게해야 할지 막막합니다ㅠ.ㅠ
