I made this yesterday as I was looking something easy to do. It was great, everyone loved it. I used crushed irish potatoes(with butter and sour cream) as the base as I didn't have a pie crust on hand. Will definitely be making again. I love your videos, you are hilarious.
I'm making one for Christmas breakfast but I think I will put a little more liquid and cheese and one more egg. Me will mek you know how it turns out. Bless.
