it’s refreshingly realistic how you were able to do this without having any unnecessary fats and Grease from fast foods. Also scary how little you can eat for the amounts of calories 😭😅
I didn’t include it till the milk at the end but I was slightly over 10k because of those galaxy bars anyway 🤣 thank you, I would say easy work but… 🤮🤢

How did you feel the next day?
Not too bad! Full until about dinner time (5ish) and had a small meal but other than I wasn’t that bad
