slimfast contains maltodextrin which is more dangerous than pure can sugar for sugar blood level spikes ,it also uses canola oil , very bad for you , infact u could just consume semi skimmed milk instead and itll be way better and cheaper

About 33 years ago...at the age of 19, I lost 80 pounds in 8 months during doing 30 min of aerobics workout per day...because I hate cooking for me it helps a lot !!! I kept the weights of for 27 years with sometimes when I gained like 10 pounds would replace 1 meal or 2 and loose it...until now with menopause I gained a lot in a matter of months ! I will retry again cause even Keto is too much cooking for my liking😂

I have done slim fast be for. I never had the portage though, but it would be a snack according to slim fast. However, it is kind of like oat meal so I would be a breakfast. So since it says that it is a snack but it is obviously a breakfast I say have it whenever. I mean hey, sometimes I would make myself a chicken patty/ chicken nugget wrap for a snack

This is great for people with depression or mental health problems. If it's close enough to walk to, they can go out for a walk and don't have to cook, all on a budget. Win win win!
