My main issue of this episode was that when he got to the royal quarters there are literally no guards anywhere. They waltz into the most secure place in the country and straight into the queens chamber.
Actually, the royal quarter are suppose to be watched by the King's guard. It was Criston Cole night, he went drinking with Aemon and then when to fuck. He wasn't guarding. Question is where were the other guards.

(I'd like to note that I'm absolutely fine with them not showing it, because it made sense in terms of Haelena walking away before it happened. Correction: In the book Aegon and Helaena have two sons: Jaehaerys and Maelor. In the book Blood & Cheese make Haelena choose which son to be killed, not to choose between Jaehaerys and his twin sister Jaehaera. Helaena chooses Maelor because he's younger and not the heir but Blood and Cheese kill Jaehaerys.
Yeah, and just before the kill, they say to the one she pointed out: "Look likes mommy doesn't like you." Which is bound to leave an even bigger trauma on the kid.

Agreed but they stated before that theme will only be for Game of Thrones and House of the Dragon. The other shows will have their own theme. That could change but that is what they said.
I agree with everything they said, but what are you talking about Alex? They have never and cannot show a little child getting his head cut off and it was obvious from the sound they We’re cutting his head off as a brutal as a show can be they can’t show that shit
Even in Game of Thrones they didn't show it either. During the montage of the slaughtering of Robert's bastards, they also just imply through sound, but never explicitly show children being brutally slaughtered.
There are three kids in the book, in the show the third youngest son is not born yet. She chose the youngest son in the book because she thought he is too young too understand, but they ignored her and killed the heir instead. The show runner said they cut the youngest son because he’s not really big in the books and they did too many time jumps.
@@jackboy2413They hate him already. They’ve been waiting 2 years for other people to hate him. I actually like watching the characters on both sides act their socks off
They didn't even have to show it, but they weakened the entire scenario. In the book she points to one child so they kill the other and say "your mother chose you to die" to the one they let live and then they leave.
there was a part when the rat catcher asked "What if we can't find him?" you don't see Daemond's reply, but later Blood says "He said a son for a son" ( and by that I can assume he meant a King's son for the Queen's son)
At first I was mad and confused by the rat catcher, I was like "that's clearly not who he wanted dead" then I remembered the rat catcher asked, "what if we can't find him?". Later Blood says "He said a son for a son" (meaning a King's son for a Queen's son)
In the show they ask daemon “what if we don’t find him” daemon looks at them then the camera cuts away. When we get back to blood & cheese they say “remember what he said a son for a son”.
Let’s talk about B&C specifically (That’s the name of the two guys who killed Aegon’s son if you’re a non book reader who didn’t have subtitles on): The whole reason why B&C is an iconic scene in the source material isn’t because of child murder, it’s because Helaena was sadistically tortured by Cheese and forced to pick between one of her sons with the only alternative being all her children, her mother and herself dying. And even when she tries to pick the younger, they kill the other one anyway with the intention of making him and Helaena remember she picked him to die. But in this version, they don’t even need her. Why don’t they kill them both? Or check to be sure? If they’re capable of going this far, why not go all the way? If the point isn’t to mentally scar Helaena as well, why even bother doing including her in the scene? It’s just a muted mistranslation of what was one of the most scarring and horrific moments in this entire saga. I wasn’t expecting them to show the killing blow but at least show Helaena plead for their lives, throw herself in their place, beg them to try anything else in the desperate hope of saving her children’s lives. But instead she just gives her son up for death immediately after trying to pawn off a necklace didn’t work, which weirdly only makes Helaena look worse in a scene that’s supposed that be the most sympathetic you can possibly feel for her given what she’s going through. I wasn’t expecting a literal recreation of the book scene but if you’re not willing to try and emulate the drama and horror of the moment, why even bother putting it in at all?
Wow didn't know that but what you just described sounds WAY better than what they did. Not like the show was bad but damn what you described sounds so much better.
I kinda think that whole scene would be hard to pull off without anyone hearing the torture no? I didn't read the book so i dont know the setup but how could all that happen in this context without half the castle hearing it?
Seeing Cheese in the background of Aegon's petitions was cool. Also the painting on the wall during the infiltration where you see a dragon burning down the red keep was interesting.
Honestly wasn't that impressed for the first episode. People were hyping it up like it was going to be something huge. I still can't wait for the rest of the show to progress though
I’m just sad Paddy Considine as Viserys is now going to be absent from the series. He carried TF out of Season 1 (not that the other performances weren’t good, but his was just INCREDIBLE).
Nah, nobody is forgetting how much of a demon he is. This part is just him trying to appeal to the common people since the only family he truly has is Aemond.
The only stupid part about the episode is there are literally zero guards guarding the king's kids. That was plain dumb. They could have wiped the whole royal family except for Aegon. Solid episode tho
Only four Kingsguard left, they passed by all the regular guards with the tunnels to enter Maegor's Holdfast which is apperently only accesible to royals, servants and kingsguard? (This is the only way it isnt completely stupid as you say). And two kingsguard by King Aegon, and Criston Cole being distracted leaving one guard I think, should be at least as three Kingsguard have just defected/run away. Still think this should be a major thing to adress in the next episode for why the QUEEN and the King's children didnt have a single guard with them.
this is one of my biggest complaints with modern tv shows. they give us very little episodes and then we gotta wait 2 years or more for another season. that defeats the purpose of how tv supposed to be structured.
@@Justyn_Lim_ I’ve watched plenty of shows they gave both quality and quantity. That was literally how tv was set up before everybody decided to follow Netflix way of doing things. Straight up every show was 15 or more episodes and at most they took a break for the holiday season and then the rest of the season aired. Then later that year the next season came. Now you get 8 episodes that are supposed to be an hour, but some are barely 30 minutes. Then they take a 2 year break and you almost forget about the show
You people complain about waiting, but than you'll be the first to cry about rushed stories and unpolished CGI. You want quality? Than you have to wait. Two years for 8 hours of film is a good pace, considering the quality. Man, ppl cry about everything these days, Grow up, man
@@Tekuto1 again, it’s defeating the purpose of tv. Tv should be consumed over a more drawn out story. Instead because everything is only 8 or 10 episodes. Now character arcs are much shorter or skipped entirely. Basically these shows are just long movies at this point which isn’t what tv is supposed to be
I just wonder why the White Walkers were a sort of discovery in GoT to the point of having to capture one when Cregan Stark knew 200 years before what they were fighting for real beyond the wall. I mean why do they lose that knowledge? Don't they have maesters up there?
Alex is proof that it's best to watch shows knowing as little as possible context as possible otherwise you get fixated on weird stuff like wanting to see more gruesome dead kids. It's better to just enjoy and not know alternate things that happened in other media.
They really made Aegon super likeable imo. Like, I totally get him. He was told his entire life that the throne he's supposed to inheret won't go to him, so he's basically like "fuck it, I'm gonna do whatever the fuck I wanna do instead" when really the thing he always wanted was for his father to love him enough to give him the throne like he loved his daughter. So when he got the throne, he had a hard time believing it was actually happening. But now that he has it, he's well suited for it. He seems to have made a complete 180, and genuinely wants to make a difference. He seems to love his kids, and loves his sister, he seems to love being king and he has friends. He's practically sprawling all over the same throne that killed his dad, like the throne itself is accepting Aegon. I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next, I'm super curious how Aegon reacts. Game of Thrones IS BACK BABY!
@@ovahlord1451 Absolutely. This is the complex nature of well written characters. You can like a vile piece of shit because he demonstrates human qualities like loving his children. It's fiction. It's story telling. It's fun to explore characters as if you're a fly on the wall. It's entertainment. If this was real life, I wouldn't say the same thing about someone because it's real crimes against real people and at that point, I don't give a shit if they love their kids. THIS IS ALSO KNOWN AS: Nuance.
@@ovahlord1451besides that. I mean Jamie pushed a kid out a tower and we still like him. Tyrion raped someone in the books and we still kinda of like him.
While morally reprehensible, if Aegon is down to just a daughter, then this might have been a cannon shot to Green unity. Aegon has to either be a hypocrite and declare his daughter his heir, or make Aemond his heir. The disagreement will cause them to fragment.
there was two sons in the book, she chose the younger brother which is the one that was whispered to "your mother wants you dead boy." and then kills the older sibling.
The reason why the show deviates from the book in some areas. Is because the book is written from the POV of Maesters. For example, we know Daemon dies, but his body is never recovered and there's doubt he's even dead at all. We'll probably see what really happened to him in the show.
Indeed. "Fire and Blood" is written from the perspective of a meister writing around 100 years after the fact. Who is himself relying on accounts from two unreliable narrators, both of which have biases towards the greens and the blacks respectively. And also aren't present for many of the events they write about. Martin really pulled off how to write a mock mediaeval chronicle. But of course the show is able to show us exactly what happened, without undermining the source material by it's nature. Interestingly, at the end of season 1, there's the confrontation at Storms End. And that, uniquely, is replicated almost word for word in the show. Because it took place under the eyes of dozens of witnesses who could all corroborate exactly what happened, and what was said. That was a really nice touch!
Although I think it's quite unlikely that Damon survives... One of the main takeaways in the dance of dragons, is the dragon on dragon combat is basically a suicide mission! There ain't no ejector seats on those saddles😅
I call BS on blood and cheese no checking the kid’s pants for which is a boy and a girl. You’re gonna go off of her word? Why would you not take 5 seconds to check for the boy?
Really did not like no gaurds being outside of the queen and heirs room. You always have seen gaurds outside of rooms on this show and GOT for anyone near that important. They may be able to justify with Cole being the one supposed to be gaurding it but I hope it is addressed in the next episode.
i think it also has to do with the greens being overconfident due to Aemond's massive dragon (don't remember its name) - still a bit too much to be completely plausible but it helps a bit
10:00 GRRM is the one of the lead writers and producers of HotD. All the changes are literally run by him. Furthermore, since youre quoting him. He's literally said the books is a history book and books are often wrong. The story goes down a game of telephone and by the time it gets documented, it isnt the same. He goes on to give examples of historic buildings and trying to find out the height of them and that proven to be impossible. I'd also appreciate if Joe didnt slip in "this is going to happen in the future" stuff. It's annoying. Keep spoilers in the confines of the episode... you know... respecting your audience?
I’m sure George would go back and write a way shittier and boring conflict started by three stooges slapstick with race swapped Valyrians if he could. Definitely not just accepting a check like he already did on Game of Thrones.
In the book Aegon, and Helaena have a second son. Helaena chose the younger on to die, but they killed Jaehaerys instead. Maelore was the name of the younger son.
The episode wasn't that great... Pacing was off, it was a little boring and also how the ending went felt cheap and illogical. I don't buy rat catchers have that much freedom.
My man Alex wanted a single take shot of the beheading in full frame 🤣 bro said they pg-13’d it as if they would actually show a child being beheaded. The other murdered children like Robert’s bastards died the same way, camera cut away before the actual kill.
Yes you can only kill white grown man in front of camera (like Ned Stark or Jon Snow) but that's the time we living in if you haven't noticed. But i remember from main GoT show that Stannis death was done this way and I liked this character and actor so for me it was better this way.
@lukeyu7086 sorry to burst your safe space echo chamber bubble however that very same show also killed off Ygritte in front of the camera, as well as Melisandre and even Danaerys
Also the show and the boooks treat scorpions differently. Because in the books it still takes a 1 in a million shot in the eye to take down a dragon with a scorpion
I’m just sad that Alex used to be an awesome get when he joined but his negativity and general whining about everything has really taken me out of this channel
The only character that i actually enjoy are Aegon. Are we supposed to not really like any of the characters? I mean in season 1 of original GoT we all became traumatized by Ned's death. There's not one character that even comes close to that sort of feeling here.
I think Jacaerys flew to Winterfell then went on horseback with three starks to the wall. I could be tripping but I didn’t see his dragon at all there. I forget if the eeyrie deal was before or after the starks but I think before. That may be why the dragon may have actually never even flown to Winterfell
Was anyone else confused by the Helena’s reaction to her son just getting beheaded? She had the reaction as if she didn’t know the kid and then says “they got the boy”. Idk, just seemed a little off there
Pretty sure she has visions of the future like bran and shes somewhat mentally impaired, at the start of the episode she says shes afraid of rats to aegon, and aegon says something along the lines of her being unique in an interesting way
She has dragon dreams, but she has no idea what she’s seeing for the most part. It’s interesting too that her father wasn’t more interested in her because he was really into dragon dreams and the prophecies of those dreams.
Even as someone who read the books, that last scene fucked me up as a father of a four year old. Just the sound Jaehaerys made when they covered his mouth and the look of helplessness right before they killed him just flipped my stomach, and then when you hear the sound effects afterwards, it turned. When I went to bed I actually just snuck into our son’s room and held him a little tighter while he slept. Still a great episode though. We are back baby!
I hate when he does that. It genuinely makes it hard to watch his reviews at times. Has he even read the book? Or does he just kind of read summaries then report it back to us? I feel like he tries to give more insight into the creative process behind adapting the book to TV, but he doesn’t fully understand/remember events from the book, so the insight falls flat. He just ends up spoiling plot points without adding anything of value to the conversation.
Do you think Joe has the time or the patience to read books this complex? I'm not so sure. And, it is unfortunate when he spews out spoilers while doing the non spoiler sections of his reviews. I still love the channel I just wish he could be more mindful about that but I think he's just excited and can't help himself at times.
Are ppl really saying that they pulled their punches because they did not show a lil kids head being cut off? Really?? Even in the og GOT the episode when they kill the bastards they do no show when they slit the baby's throat. I dunno why anyone needed to see a kids head being sawed off, just hearing the sound was enough for me.
You are making strawman argument here. People dont want to see brutal child death. They wanted to see what happens before the death. The Helena's choice is the reason why the scene is so memorable.
@MarkusBartus how much more memorable do you need the scene to be lol. It's funny to me that a scene where a kid gets decapitated isn't memorable enough lol. You have to see the emotional torture of his mother too lol. I feel like the scene had enough impact, did it deviate from the books yes, but you can't tell me this was not a scene that wasn't important and memorable. We literally heard a child head being severed .
I think he's just better at criticism than the Joe's. He ALWAYS has very valid arguments and his analysis' always bring up points that may be overlooked by the Joe's. Subtle elements that may not be picked up by the typical viewer or the Joes, Alex always notices and bring attention to them. He's just clearly more detail oriented while the Joe's focus more on the overarching or obvious plots.
Ya, I was sure it was him as well, but I had to pause the episode so I could look it up online. He definitely put on some weight to portray this character, but the voice and excellent execution with his acting certainly hasn't changed at all.
There is Interview with the vampire out there too - and it's second season is FANTASTIC! Given that it's also part of an entire multi show shared universe - and the insane gore and horror elements they managed to air - I'm surprised you guys AREN'T covering it!
I think the intro song brings me back to "omg new game of thrones episode!!" every single time. I hope they use it for all series from this universe :D just my opinion of course.
*The episode wasn’t bad* but I was underwhelmed. Nothing gripped me (No J-Cole) like the opening did with the dialogue at ‘The Wall’ the Blood and Cheese stuff could’ve been better too.
I don't get what Alex said about "pulling back". What is he expecting, full evisceration of children on camera.? That would be censored so hard, specially these days. Nobody wants an NC-17 rating. They took their time with the kid, I think they are bringing the head.
They didn't even have to show it, but they weakened the entire scenario. In the book she points to one child so they kill the other while taunting the queen and say "your mother chose you to die" to the one they let live and then they leave.
@@Milton2k Bro you're just licking the show's balls for no reason. It's good but not that good. What is "sais"? They went soft on the scene 100% and saying otherwise is cope.
No they were looking for a son in the books too. Helena has 3 kids in the book , two boys and a girl . They make Helena choose which one of the boys to kill and she chooses the youngest one who isn’t the heir apparent. Instead they kill the older one and then taunt the younger one that his momma wanted him dead and escape taunting the younger one that
This Spinoff is TERRIBLE.. I am soooo not invested in any of these weak characters and feel after this season is over I will fall back from this series altogether..
There are a lot of death scenes in GoT where we don't actually see the person being killed. We don't see Ned decapitation, we see Arya's face and what she's seeing: a bunch of birds taking flight. We don't see Robert's baby bastard being killed, we see her mother's reaction. We don't see Shereen burning to death, we see her mother's reaction. And I think this is way more impactful.
30:40 Otto was probably going to say something about needing to reserve payment until services are conplete to ENSURE that they are completed in a timely manner. Not stupid imo
The fact that the family has no guards watching them and doors are just open is stupid especially when they are at war and don't trust people around them
changing the theme would be a mistake, its iconic at this point and gives you the feeling youre in the same universe right away. also its a great piece of music. i hope they use it in all the coming shows in Westeros
I'm sure someone mentioned it, but in the book there are 3 kids, 2 boys and the girl. They made Helena choose between the two boys. And in the books Allicent was in that same room
In the book Aegon and Helaena have three children. Jaehaerys, Jaehaera (twins) and Maelor. Blood and cheese make Helaena choose between Jaehaerys(heir) and Maelor(the younger son) or they'll kill everyone. Helaena chooses Maelor. They then tell Maelor that his mother doesn't want him and kill Jaehaerys anyway.
Imo, not showing the kids death is sorta scarier in my head. One of those tricks where not seeing it makes you picture it worse in your head. Kinda thought the red keep would be a tad bit more guarded though, unless its due to war time and men are spread then.

Why is nobody talking about "My Adventures with Superman". It's a good new take on Supes but doesn't shit on his legacy in any way, or any other characters. Check it out.
Gonna respectfully disagree on them pulling back on the killing at the end of the show in comparison to GoT. That was on par with GoT. The real in-your-face child murders were done off-screen. When Janos kills Mhaegan’s baby, it cuts away, and we got Mhaegan’s gut-wrenching reaction. We get a small montage of them staring to take out Robert’s bastards, but it’s very brief shots without showing the full brutality. When Drogon killed the sheepherder’s little girl, we do not see it happen. We see the father grieving in Low Valyrian in the throne room with her charred remains. Shireen - we get Shireen’s begging for reprieve and Selyse’s reaction, but we do not see Shireen burn. And in a lot of those, we don’t NEED to see that. I think where they pulled back is with Helaena’s reaction. However…I think that’s a choice with Helaena’s character. They don’t show a strong emotional reaction from her when Viserys died either in season 1.
I enjoy watching the kids. My feeling is that they already sidelined Daemon last year in favor of Vicerys and Rhaenyra. I mean, when does this guy get the screen time he deserves? Matt Smith deserves better. I’m tired of seeing him get shafted. If they have lower ratings this season then they might want to reconsider that for season 3
Agree with everything other than the PG-13 remark. They aren’t going to literally show children being butchered on screen. They certainly never did in GoT.
Thank you for saying it Joe. Everytime the original GoT intro music starts playing, I cant help but to feel like they made a mistake. We all recognize it as the same universe but HOTD has its own distinct flavor. It DESERVES its own theme music!
I love Alex, I also hate Alex. It wasn't 2 days from j leaving dragonstone for the riverlands and winterfell. Unless he just assumes ravens are also able to fly from dragonstone to winter fell in 2 days. Which has never been established. Not including I'm surprised read the book and didn't mention they hung out in winter fell for months.
Joe is mixing the details of the book up a bit, the queen has 3 children, the twins (m and f) and then a second younger son, the choice she has to make is between those 2 she chooses to kill the younger and they kill the older.
Cos they know they’re about to get 6 seconds into an interesting take - just for Joe to cut them off. I get it’s his show - but I’m sorry Alex is more interesting than he is during reviews.

The later seasons of GoT and both seasons of HotD trade great dialogue for lots of long shots on people's faces saying nothing. A lot of shows do this, Ashoka was one. This style of writing sucks. The first four seasons of GoT were packed with great dialogue, sadly that type of writing is dead.
Daemon 100% told both men to "Locate and slay Aemond Targaryan. He's got white hair and 1 eye. He's also quite good in a fight so you'll have to be careful." That's not verbatim but u get the point. Actually they were both boys, in the book she pointed at the youngest one. They instead went for the older child, while taunting the mother.
No that was his twin sister.
They’ve cut out his younger brother who was a baby in the books

The show runner said they cut the youngest son because he’s not really big in the books and they did too many time jumps.

The sound if the knife cutting through the kids flesh was.... something else....
Btw. We didn't see Janos Slynt kill that baby in the original GoT. It was also off-screen.
They didn't even have to show it, but they weakened the entire scenario. In the book she points to one child so they kill the other and say "your mother chose you to die" to the one they let live and then they leave.
"he does actually said to go and kill the prince ??? wtf what show did you watch ? he literally told him " silver hair one eye must be easy to find "
He's talking about the book
there was a part when the rat catcher asked "What if we can't find him?" you don't see Daemond's reply, but later Blood says "He said a son for a son" ( and by that I can assume he meant a King's son for the Queen's son)
At first I was mad and confused by the rat catcher, I was like "that's clearly not who he wanted dead" then I remembered the rat catcher asked, "what if we can't find him?". Later Blood says "He said a son for a son" (meaning a King's son for a Queen's son)
He also said if you can’t find him take another
In the show they ask daemon “what if we don’t find him” daemon looks at them then the camera cuts away. When we get back to blood & cheese they say “remember what he said a son for a son”.
Allyn was in raised by wolves and also voiced Bayek in ac origins. Love to see him in this show
Father!
Ew
Way too old for the character though tbh I think. He’s supposed to be a good friend of one of the eventual rulers who’s a baby in this episode
Let’s talk about B&C specifically (That’s the name of the two guys who killed Aegon’s son if you’re a non book reader who didn’t have subtitles on):
The whole reason why B&C is an iconic scene in the source material isn’t because of child murder, it’s because Helaena was sadistically tortured by Cheese and forced to pick between one of her sons with the only alternative being all her children, her mother and herself dying.
They just don't want to paint Rhaenyra and her team as anything other then Saints forced into war.
I kinda think that whole scene would be hard to pull off without anyone hearing the torture no? I didn't read the book so i dont know the setup but how could all that happen in this context without half the castle hearing it?

Those paintings on the walls are of the Targaryen's history.
That wasn't the Red Keep, that was Aegon the Conqueror burning down Harrenhal.

He did more than that from what I've heard about the source material. Man the author is fucked up.
8 episodes is fine but they should be releasing yearly then. 8 episodes and a 2 year wait is way too long.
this is one of my biggest complaints with modern tv shows. they give us very little episodes and then we gotta wait 2 years or more for another season. that defeats the purpose of how tv supposed to be structured.
@@yoboyrob201So you want both quantity and quality. That's so unrealistic. If you want shows being pumped out each year, go watch Disney shows then.

Book readers be like: hehe.
That scene with the son was more messed up in the actual books
there was two sons in the book, she chose the younger brother which is the one that was whispered to "your mother wants you dead boy." and then kills the older sibling.
The reason why the show deviates from the book in some areas. Is because the book is written from the POV of Maesters. For example, we know Daemon dies, but his body is never recovered and there's doubt he's even dead at all. We'll probably see what really happened to him in the show.
Exactly , there is still so much room to play with the plot for this story.
Why the FUCK are you spoiling the show in the comments???
There ain't no ejector seats on those saddles😅

i think it also has to do with the greens being overconfident due to Aemond's massive dragon (don't remember its name) - still a bit too much to be completely plausible but it helps a bit
10:00 GRRM is the one of the lead writers and producers of HotD. All the changes are literally run by him. Furthermore, since youre quoting him. Pretty sure she has visions of the future like bran and shes somewhat mentally impaired, at the start of the episode she says shes afraid of rats to aegon, and aegon says something along the lines of her being unique in an interesting way
Well she is pretty weird so don’t be surprised if she has a weird reaction
I bet 1000$ Joe starts spoiling future book events during the spoiler section for the SHOW 😂 That's his most toxic trait

The difference being she is widowed and she is not putting illegitimate children on the throne.

Bye Star Wars Acolyte 👋🏻. Hello house of dragons 🐉 .
While I understand they cant show the child being beheaded. I wish they could have at least kept the dialogue during that same scene in the books.
Joe is mixing the details of the book up a bit, the queen has 3 children, the twins (m and f) and then a second younger son, the choice she has to make is between those 2 she chooses to kill the younger and they kill the older.
It's for 15year olds, the whole universe is the most juvenile fantasy in existence :
Joe friends look less and less interested to be apart of the show.. 💀
They’ve always looked like that
😆
Cos they know they’re about to get 6 seconds into an interesting take - just for Joe to cut them off. I get it’s his show - but I’m sorry Alex is more interesting than he is during reviews.
@@firstlast9846 they’ve talked about this before they are good friends. This is the dynamic of the show and they enjoy it if they felt like they weren’t being heard and didn’t wanna be there. They wouldn’t be there.
Dudes listening to each other without over the top exaggerated hype and excitement... Doesn't mean they're not having a good time
The later seasons of GoT and both seasons of HotD trade great dialogue for lots of long shots on people's faces saying nothing.
Also I don't believe neither blood nor cheese knows one of the most famous men in the kingdoms who lives in the red keep where they both work and who flies the biggest dragon in the world. It doesn't make sense... it's like the director is going off of a script that ended up getting changed because they act like deamon gave them no info at all.. I thought they were above these missteps.🤦🏼♂️
It was pretty good until the last 10 minutes... that writing at the end was kinda GOT Season 8ish. So hopefully it gets better. Haha
It was completely believable that they were just plain idiots.
yeah, a lot of unbelievably dumb decisions
Tbh the episode felt… slapped together.
That's because they didn't follow the book. Much better and more dramatic scene in fire and blood. No clue why they changed it.
@@firstlast9846all the Green stuff felt pretty cohesive.
