I didn't think the driveshaft angle matter between the trans and the first carrier bearing, as long as it is in the near stock location. Now from the carrier bearing to the diff could be an issue but you are not building a raised 4x4 or a dragster and that part of the driveshaft is also at or near the stock angle. I don't see any issues that will cause a problem driving this car.
