I'm sooo excited to see 👀 these! Back in the day this is what helped me lose & shape up the way I wanted without a trainer. I have just about all of their videos on DVD. Who has one of those now a days 😊

I lost an enormous amount of weight with this very same video . About 80 lbs in nine months . that was fifteen years ago and its still just as reasonable a video now as it was then . plus we all get a little tired of the old Richard Simmons videos. i just rather use this video than my old DVD player. thanks

Is this the new series with the improved music or it is the old version? I have the new one I think but this one version that you uploaded seems to have better music.
@blisskissed this is the 2009 reprint version, with updated music and new previews at the end. I’m making my Slim in 6 uploads accessible on my channel, but I might change the disclaimer of the Slim in 6 video uploads soon.
