So you're putting string 2 for the low G and string 1 for the middle D? Is that correct of did I misunderstand?

Hi, from a regular set of 6 guitar strings I'm using 5 4 3 (with 6 being the thickest one). They would normally be tuned to A D G on a regualr guitar but the thickest is tuned a little lower to G instead. Hope that helps?
