When it comes to how to overcome limiting beliefs, I share two practices that enable you to question your limiting beliefs and mindsets. This enables you to get some distance from you beliefs, so that you can change and transform your paradigm.
But it can be difficult to get rid of limiting beliefs because they can be difficult to identity and our identity gets scaffolded upon our worldview. This makes these beliefs extra difficult to break.

It's so frustrating that most books etc suggest going to the root of the source. I have something like amnesia, for whatever reason, so it feels impossible for me to track where different beliefs started.

It's hard to prove to ourselves if the content of our believes are 100% true. The EFFECT of our believes are very true.

Yes. We all are influenced by all archetypes in varying degrees. There is nothing wrong with a man being influenced by the Mother Archetype.
