Great video, I never knew that thumbnails can help so much with gaining popularity... but I guess you learn every day as a content creator. Nowadays though I believe that the best option, for going viral as soon as possible, is to start doing more Shorts. People don't have attention span for anything longer, so I try creating expressive and concise content (and after I post it, I use a lot of Famester to make it go viral and the content gets spread out literally everywhere. It works for other platforms as well).

Would like to see tutorial on how to set Shorts thumbnails. I’ve followed all the tutorials, but the option to set the frame to the image you want, when uploading from a mobile device, is not available on any of my IOS devices or MAC. Consequently, UA-cam chooses a thumbnail and it’s always horrible. Would really appreciate your advice.

I made mine from PowerPoint, thumbnails, profile pic, posts, & the UA-cam banner. Also I can just copy pasta, screenshot the images, and I don't even have to do upload & downloads. None can compare to my Power. I see no other Batshit insanity other than me!
I was suggested to change all my thumbnails which I did but am still stuck at 20 subscribers! What am I doing wrong? I’m also in the process of changing my channel name but have to wait several more days to finalize to be better searchable on google and UA-cam.
I just went to your site and your thumbnail texts are illegible. Use a bold font and 3 or 4 words maximum. It might get you more subscribers. I would click away right away or scroll on if I came across one of your thumbnails in my feed. Make thumbnails like Sean suggests and you have a better chance. Best wishes. ♡♡

Ged rid of the pictures as well. Only ONE picture per thumbnail. The pics are too cluttered. Maybe use a stock photo instead? A stack of towels for organizing the closet. And an organized pencil box for tidying up your desk. Get rid of everything else. You have way too much going on.

I use pixel lab to make my thumbnails in android,I don't know whether they are upto that level 😅

I think once you get really good at Canva it can allow you to create better thumbnails. Mine have improved somewhat with just a week of using it 😊
