About the POP Series 5 Set:
POP Series 5 was the last EX Series promotional set released for the Pokemon Organized Play program and included some of the last Japanese promotional cards to be released in English. The set features the English versions of the last two elusive Eeveelutions Star, Espeon and Umbreon (previously only available as Japanese PLAY Promotional cards) after their counterparts Flareon, Jolteon and Vaporeon debuted in EX Power Keepers.
The booster design for the set features Ho-Oh.
The rare cards Ho-Oh, Lugia, Mew δ and the common cards Pikachu, Pelipper δ and Zangoose δ were released in holographic versions. They were made available in Value Packs.

From what I've seen from old pack openings is it's much more profitable to hold then sell them than opening them, like 150 a pack and on average he is getting $3 worth of cards.
