As I suspected, Lenovo will take issue with third party temperature monitoring software however I explained to the person that your software sucks as it doesn't tell about the overheating because the CPU is supplied low wattage in case of thermal throttling which your Lenovo Diagnostic Software doesn't detect. He surprisingly understood and sent the technician right away. It's like they assigned a sane person this time. Furmark: Run it in FHD mode please.

Brother, exactly issues i also facing as we speak, On idle the cpu at 40c and as soon as i open any games it goes within a sec to 85c and the numbers spikes in heavy differences each second it shows between 50 to 90 While checking hwinfo. Cpu temp at 60c but out of 32 PCore 4 to 6 Pcores are at 100C. Package temperature at 100c. Whats happening. GPU 4090 Temp ar 56c consist and normal. Update- like you said, they did use their own diagnostic result and said there are no issues with unit. Looks like we have to go legally on this
@medhanshchandel1174 no they sent out another email saying "as per the results we did not find any issues. As your laptop is gaming, its common get heat up. 😆.. here 2 days off. So sunday will call their manager to sent someone to physically check the uniy. Will update here.
in my case the gpu temperature goes upto 85c even playing in low quality in loq seriers rtx 3050 6gb valorant , gta .. with ryzen 7840hs but cpu remains low

Bro i bought customised lenovo loq 2024 variant, and i noticed that the cpu (i5 13450hx) is not performing as good as it should be. My cinebench score is 12k , it should've been at least 15k.and my cpu also runs very hot, as far as 85° in games. I've disabled turbo. My gpu is running well though
Do as asked in the video above But to get the maximum performance you will have to go into custom mode and run Cinebench Single loops only, not the 10 minute one along with doing everything in the new laptop playlist: All videos are super important unless you already know them, but look at them nonethelesss.
