I've used this for 2 years now, I personally haven't encountered any problems and I enjoy the tablet very much! I got the tablet, shipping and gloves for 100 dollars and haven't regret it!
Very good review. I'm getting into digital drawing and tablets now while colored e-ink is a year or two away and a later model of the remarkable 2 comes around. Can't wait to do away with the clutter of paper notebooks from operator seminars.
I got a really good deal on this model a month ago which made it good value even without a glove. In total, the price was £45 / $55 even with purchasing the glove separately.
I don't have both of them to test, but on the surface, it looks like the designs + button layout are different. The pen sensitivity and other features seem to be the same
Ok so i just got mine through the mail having bought before looking at your review i have never had a graphic tablet before and so i have got it up and running but im a little unsure, see when i bring the pen about 2 inches above the tablet it starts to pick it up and move my mouse, as this is my first drawing tablet i have no idea is this meant to behave this way? also... SAITAMA!!
I was about to buy this, never messed with drawing tablets since I'm very skeptical, fears are pen lag, flow, dont want a super smooth surface. man so much research is exhausting I don't wanna pump $200 out for something I may never use or hate. may be homeless for a moment/ tech just gets old so fast man sigh
I've never used Wacom tablets, but I've heard great things from people who do. Wacom is the market leader for drawing tablets, and if there's any issues, chances are, someone else has experienced something similar. If money (and size) is no problem, go with the Wacom.
@@crxtic hey...thank you so much dude :) I plan on buying this for my birthday...pretty exicted.. Thanks again.. And good luck with that big project of yours
yeah, same pen breaking situation happening here. With me the nib just started falling out a few months after I changed the pen nib (which the site recommended, i did it correctly using their tutorial.) Now it won't fit in correctly and it seems to be a very common problem with huion tablets :/
Depends on your workflow. I found the pen to be heavy for long use, but for short bursts it works great. I got a drawing tablet specifically for longer sessions.

2 inches is quite high, I'm getting about 1/2in before it registers. If I were you, I'd send in a support ticket to Huion and ask them about it

Never used the Veikk, but if you're just starting out, I would imagine either would be fine. Go for whatever is cheaper!
@@ReviewsForLifeYT What is the name of the keyboard used?

Bought this about a year ago, and my pen suddenly stopped working last week. I didn't use it as often, still it broke on me. Pretty cheap device.
