how underated, seriously your droping amazing content, don't worry man, success takes time someday youll be recognized.
This is one of the best comments I've got. Thank you so much for saying so!
This is the best "review" of the tablet in my opinion. This will be my first tablet and I just ordered it. I'm very looking forward to it. That was a very good "review" and you convinced me ^^
How's the tablet three years later?
I am not sure wich tablet should I buy yet 😅... I was unsure about the buttons, bc I am left handed too. Thank you!
I am a lefty too and I dont see a lot of reviews for products for left handed people or if a product would be good for left handed people usually reviews would just say that “left users can use this too” etc.. but seeing it in your review with the whole set up and the cords its really helpful! Thank you for this!
Would you mind reviewing Gaomon products too? If ever :D
Thanks for your comment and suggestion! I'll see what I can do for Gaomon.
As a lefty, I second this
Your channel is small but, I love your content!!!
Thank you so much for this review! I'm going to order this tablet, and it'll be my first ever! I'm really so excited, you made me 100% certain about buying it:))
How has your experience been, I was thinking of getting it too
My sister bought it for her Architect course and it's been a life saver for her wrist! (note tho, the back where u could draw, once the battery runs out u can't draw in it anymore despite putting new batteries 😅TvT or maybe it's just us)
I'm planning to buy this too since my sister went share 😭 hers is already 2 years old
The one I bought doesn't require batteries though. It's just plug and play for as far as I know
I have ordered one! I was a little bit confused. After watching your video, I am certainly not confused anymore about having one. I am a beginner in digital drawing. Thank you.
i am planning to buy one,are you happy with the product after 1 year? your real life review will help me a lot.
How's the tablet now
it might as well be an macos issue for you.... me and my entire team (were just a bunch of students using zbrush and several other software) ordered this model cause it was the cheapest we could afford and to be honest we haven't faced any of the aforementioned issues either update the driver or try it on a windows pc
Thank you, I'm currently looking for a first tablet for myself, and considering Huion due to its low prices.
Can anyone tell me though, does it work with GIMP? I use it a lot.
After using it a year, my pen is getting problems on calibration and pressure. It just stops mid-drawing and warps somewhere around the corner.
It's my second pen with that problem, the driver is update.
Hey man i have one of these. Exact one. But mine didn't come with a bag?
Does the tablet work with blender by any chance? I am looking into getting a tablet for that program
i like ur voice xD thx for the video it helped me out
i just picked this up but am having trouble as anytime i move my hand away from the tablet say if im drawing quitelow down, the cursor will teleport to where ever the pen hovers over. is this supposed to happen or is there a way to fix it?
Does the pen nib wobble or goes forward and back just a little bit when it hit the surface , my old wacom bambo has this from day 1 and i still hate that, but i got ipad and realised the apple pencil nib is so sturdy
Underrated bro better than a lot
What is the lag like? I know that this kind of drawing tablet has less lag than most digital pens, but is it overall very quick?
Do I need any type of software to use it? Or can I just use the tablet...
Mine shows the cursor moving but won't draw unless I press hard. Ideas?
hey how has the micro usb port held up? I am looking at this tab and the micro usb port is really the only thing that's stopping me bnecause i havent had a good experience with those.
Can you use it with adobe Photoshop easily?
does it work with procreate if i plug it into my iPad?
hi! after having the tablet for a few months, the usb slot has officially broke on me lol. i havent used it in a while and tried multiple times this past week for it to work. if you use a mac or something that has to have the extra piece of plug with it, do not use the plugs that comes in the box!!!!! **only use the usb wire and get the rest of the connection stuff from amazon or best buy!!!** overall the tablet is great though but the quality and durability of it lasting more than a year is not possible :,(. great starting tablet tho!!
Have a coffee mug that i throw all my stylus in.
That's a great idea! I'll probably do that too, much easier. Thanks!
Pilipino kaba?
What I like about the size is that I could rest and slide my hands without getting caught up with the edge of the tablet
how does this channel not have more subscribers
Plz tell what computer would you suggest
tysm!
Does the product come with a glove?
Thanks for the review. I ordered it today and this'll be my very first drawing tablet. Kinda nervous haha.
That's so exciting! Hope you enjoy it.

Where can you buy it????
does it still work ?
So glad I got the 950p, it's seriously good for its price (no problems so far!)
Glad you like it thus far!
Is it still working well?
Mine is scratching a lot from the first use.
@@me-zt3jm I think mine "scratches" occasionally when there's something on the nib, but otherwise it's still perfectly functional
@@me-zt3jm It works well still. The actual drawing tablet is scratching? Does your stylus have a nib on it?
What type of animation software do you use?
Sorry I'm fairly new to drawing tablet, can you use a samusung s pen or any other capacitance pen instead of this pen. Since it's handle is a little big
I can't say for certain because I have not tried however I know for sure you wouldn't be able to use a Wacom pen with a Huion tablet so unfortunately I'd imagine its the same dilemma.
I cannot do this it sucks
Hello! Thank you for this review. I didn’t have as many problems as you did but a major one that I do have is that my press keys have stopped working. I drew for a while on it, took like a month break, came back and they just don’t function anymore. I’ve tried downloading the newest drivers, unplugging and replugging, looking it up on the handbook, but I couldn’t find anything. Maybe I’m just being an idiot and can’t find an obvious solution to this but any help would be appreciated.
That's tough. One thing I might suggest is uninstalling the driver and then reinstalling it. It may seem frustrating but it's not you, the Huion driver is not the best. If that doesn't work I would reach out to Huion they may know.
Roadrunner Tutorials Thank you for the advice!
Could you help me choose between this one and huion hs611 pls
From the research I've done the Huion HS611 has a slightly bigger drawing area (6.35x10.17 inches or 161.5x258.4 mm) where as the H950P only has 8.7x5.4 inches or 220.98x137.16mm. With the HS611 you also get 8 multimedia keys that control the volume reverse, play/pause, FF, etc. According to the Huion distributor on Amazon.com the HS611 is only $10 more (USD that is). Also if you ask me the paint on the HS611 looks much cooler! However I have not had the opportunity to use the HS611but in my personal opinion is seems like it may be worth the extra $10. Hope that helps!

Do you need a glove for it? And did you have any issues with hand - eye coordination?
You do not need a pen glove however it helps a little if you'll be drawing for long periods of time. At first I had issues with hand eye coordination but after a week or two I didn't. It's an adjustment to look up while drawing but a quick adjustment.
It lags when I use during online teaching or during screen recording but in offline mode it works well. Is it a fault or tablet or laptop processor?
I'm not 100% sure but if I had to take a guess I'd say the laptop processor. Do you know how much memory (RAM) your computer has? When I would screen record on my old laptop (which had 8GB of RAM) it would lag a lot.
It's is the problem of laptop processor. I used tablet with higher configuration laptop now it's working smoothly.
Hii! Love the vid but im confused wether i should get H950P or 1060 plus. Help pleaseee?
I will say this... I have not personally used the Huion 1060 Plus but from the research I've done the 1060 does have more customizable keys and is compatible with just as many if not more softwares! The only downside I can see with the 1060 is that the pen does need to be charged which doesn't seem to be too big of a deal. I wish I looked into this more when I was buying one because for the extra $5 U.S. on Amazon you get a bigger drawing area with the 1060 and more customizable keys, which to me seems like a better purchase.

@@kirkgonzalez3163 I totally understand. Thanks for checking out my video! I'm sure you'll find the right one for you.
Im watching this video because the pen of my 1060 plus, which i bought a few years ago, wont charge anymore.
@@yonibakker9120 Have you contacted the manufacture?
Could you help me choose between Huion h950p and one by wacom medium pls
I'd say if you're looking for a bigger drawing area with more custom buttons on a budget go with the Huion. Keep in mind though the Huion while it is great for the price it does have a few bugs with the software and even the connection at times. If you're looking for true reliability and don't need a bigger drawing area and don't mind not having the fancy buttons then I'd go with the Wacom. I went with the Huion because of the budget value. The one thing that really sets the Wacom tablets apart from the Huion (despite that they are more expensive) is that Wacom is in my opinion one of the most reliable companies when it comes to tablets. I would not consider Huion reliable in the long term. I think over time Wacom tablets will hold their value much more. I hope this helps! If I can help more, let me know I'd be happy to.
@@roadrunnertutorials3863 wacom does not support android ?

1. Yes 2. Yes 3. No 4. No
I hope it helps
I didnt got the bag lol
Is it durable? Do you still have problem with it until now? thank you
So far it's been durable. The only recurring issue I've had is having to unplug it and plug it back in but I think if I update the driver that may fix it.
I ordered the Q620M and my order was canceled + I got refunded. It's because the country I live in does not currently accept devices with built-in batteries. Does the H950P come with built-in batteries too? Also, among the two, which one do you think is better for someone new in digital art? Many thanks!
I think either one would be suitable for a beginner in digital art. I have not tried the Q620M however so I can't speak for that one. The H950P is not battery powered it is powered through a USB cord which is included. Hope that helps!
@@roadrunnertutorials3863 Thank you so much!

Thanks for letting me know! When I ordered mine from the Huion Amazon page it came with it so maybe they recently stopped including it.
This might be my first drawing tablet depending on what my parents do
I want to know if it has a digital screen so I can see what I'm drawing on the tablet and my pc.
It does not have a digital screen. It connects to a PC and you use the PC screen to see whats going on the tablet.
Is this compatible with Clip Studio Paint.
I do not use Clip Studio Paint but according to their website I found this.... ask.clip-studio.com/en-us/detail?id=788
How is the drawing surface? I heard it's texture is smoother than other tablets. How is the drawing feel?
Thanks for the review
The texture is pretty smooth but it's still nice to draw on it

Love the vid but Im confused what to buy huion H950P or H320M pls help me
I have not had the experience of personally trying the H320M however from the research I've done the H320M has a slightly larger drawing area with more customizable buttons, with a pen holder on the tablet itself, which in my opinion is more preferable because the pen holder that comes with the H950P isn't ideal. The pen on the H320M has almost 3000 more levels of pressure sensitivity! If it were me I'd go with the H320M because they're around the same price point (depending on where you purchase it, I put links at the bottom of this comment) however, again I have not personally used it so I can't speak for it's durability or reliability although I couldn't imagine why it would be vastly different from the H950P.

its not compatible with fire alpaca?
I do not believe so. I went through the Huion Q&A and it did not cover this. I'm sorry I wish I knew for sure though.
Roadrunner Tutorials it’s ok
It is
It is for PC, can't speak for Mac. I got one a week ago and it works just fine on Firealpaca.
I just received my H950P today and spent all afternoon learning how to use it. First, the manual is only good for a 2nd grader to learn how to connect it up and download the software. To get it going requires a 5th grader. But for me, at age 82, the manual sucks and online instructions are bare as dinosaur bones. No surprise because that's the way Chinese products usually come, whilst many other product makers produce a real manual in several languages. You can't use Google Translate to read a manual that contains no information. It goes without saying that was just the beginning of a frustrating afternoon with the thing. Your best advice is that it takes time and practice to make one of these tablets produce what you want to do, hopefully.
Nah ur tablet is just trash mine didn’t have any of those problems except for the pen not fitting in the holder perfectly
slap the roof of the tablet, feels nice...
Lol yup rest of the world use Metric System
Lol, maybe because you use holder for a pen in a wrong way? read the instruction, pen must be upside down, then it will suit perfectly
I've put the pen in with the tip facing up and it falls out completely. Tip facing down or pen on it's side is the correct way according to the instructions.
