I agree 💯 you should not expect cinnamon in a salted caramel cookie. These look so different and something cool to try. Nice variety of flavors as well. Great review
As a crunchy cookie fan, to me these seem good! I'd probably go with the espresso brownie. When you add espresso powder in a recipe with cocoa, it's only going to accentuate the chocolate flavor. You're not going to taste it unless you add a heck lot. And the same can also be applied to potato chips, as they only add texture and a bit of saltiness. I have seen recipes where you roll them in crushed up chips though; you'll probably taste them then! 😛

I know it is expensive and I might not do it, but I will say, you had the RIGHT instinct. You never know when you will get that chance again and things happen. One time, I was going to buy this thing in the O'Hare airport, and I said, oh, I will get it on the way back. Not only did I have trouble finding it (didn't), but then I fell and destroyed my ankle so I had to drag through that humungous airport and was in no mood nor had the ability to hunt properly for this thing I wanted. Boooo!

In many chocolate recipes a little coffee really enhances the chocolate flavor and you don’t taste coffee at all… I bet that’s what happened here…
