My favorite song of all time! The vocals, the bass, the sweet guitar riff in the background of the 3rd verse, the contrast between the mellow verses and the hard rock chorus, the guitar, the drums, the lyrics, etc., etc. One of the greatest songs ever created, produced, recorded.
I was fortunate enough to see them in concert in 1973 in Atlanta, Georgia. Plant's voice is so strong. Pages guitar playing excellent. I'm so happy that younger generations are hearing them. My favorites are STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN AND HEARTBREAKER. ENJOY.
Everything they do is absolutely amazing, & they do every genre, Rock Blues Funk Folk Reggae Prog. You can’t go wrong with anything, everything is great because together they are The GODS Of MUSIC!!! Greta Van Fleet is decent, but not in the same league as Led Zeppelin. You haven’t even gotten to their masterpieces, suggest you delve deep into their catalog of great music.
The Strings break is actully a Mellotron. The Mellotron can produce sounds from orchestral instruments like violins, cellos, choirs, and horns. When a key is pressed on the Mellotron, a magnetic tape is pulled across a playback head to reproduce a prerecorded sound. The tape is then retracted by a spring when the key is released.
One of my favorite Led Zep songs...for the music. Great to hear John Paul Jones' bass featured so strong. Like so many (too many) of their songs, though, the lazy, hazy lyrics drag it down if you listen to them. The vocalizing is awesome, the musicianship, performances, arrangements, parts, dynamics...all awesome; but the lyrics...bleh. But it's like Chris Thile says about bluegrass: if you want to be happy, listen to the music. If you want to be sad, pay attention to the lyrics.
Oh no...Greta van Fleet were such a good band that they chose to replicate Zeppelin without covering them...something that no other band has bothered attempting...think about all those bands that have successfully covered Zeppelin....it's a long wait...

Yeah, what he said. =)
My fav LZ song. Then "Thank You." Give it a listen sometime. BEAUTIFUL.
Every song was magnificent! Every single one!
As a musician myself I am shocked you thought the lovely guitar part by Pagey was a flute🤦🏻😳😂
10 out of 10. I say this to anyone who think they can do better. It's IMPOSSIBLE..!! They are the GOATS for a reason...!!!
Is that a hint for him.
Fantastic song!🔥🔥🔥
Led Zep.... 🤘🤘🔥
One of their best

That is not flutes, it is Jimmy Page on guitar, and it is double tracked for harmony.
I love Zep ~ I am always surprised when someone says they arent familiar with them , always makes me think .... how do you not know ????
Over the Hills and Far Away!
Top tier LZ song. But every note they recorded is worth hearing.
Their second album is a masterpiece

John Paul Jones and Bonham..pfff...Just the best of the best.
The hole package, best Rock n Roll band of all time.

No flute , electric guitar.
Ah, thanks
That's another level up isn't it!?
One thing to remember as a young dude, technology and musicians talent is not a new thing.

Plant is considered a great lyricist
@@wbmstr24 by many, I know, but not by me. There's no arguing matters of taste, amigo.
You should not try to sing like Robert, he's one of a kind
