That actually was the point of this witness being called....more lies! AH and her friends lied and said the trailer was destroyed by JD in a drunken/drugged rage. This witness disproves that lie. There was a broken light fixture...that's it. They didn't even have to charge their extra cleaning fee for when customers go wild. This testimony really shows just how much the jury cannot trust anything AH or her witnesses say!
And lied about alerting TMZ, goes on.
Her lies are adding up and up and witnesses are so uncomfortable looking when speaking about her suspicious none of her friends are still in her life
What about the tapes where JD stated he cut of his own finger? Or the tape where she says she feared for her life and JD didn´t say, "Why would you?" or something similar? Or the therapie concerning their relationship, where she said he was violent and he didn´t deny it? Isn´t that something to look at too?
Not saying he is guilty, but there is no proof that her claim of violence towards her is false. Actually there are some indications that it would be likely something happend. But still in the end I don´t know for sure.

I do not understand why they brought him, Amber's lawyer revealed that he is in fact a biased witness, not necessarily telling the whole truth but only what is good and comfortable for Johnny's side.

@@moreruffles89 - He was the owner of the Hicksville trailer park (or whatever it is) when Johnny and Amber (and a bunch of other people) were staying there. According to Amber, Depp was acting threatening and abusive in full view of everyone. But this guy was there for a good portion of the time, and he said that it was basically the opposite. That Depp was friendly, and Amber was screaming at Johnny.
He also refuted the claim that the inside of their trailer was "trashed." It was just a minor damage to a light, which apparently is fairly common.

So true. I had no idea who he was before this trial. Nor her either, for that matter. I'm an old movie lover, not a new movie lover. I like pre 1960 movies. I just happened upon this trial in my you tube feed. Now, I am a big Johnny fan, and I hope the jurors eyes are open to his innocence. Justice for Johnny for sure. She is the most evil looking person, and the smuggest looking person I have ever seen. :Like a scary movie character that you don't want to run in to.
I couldn't care less about JD. Didn't even know he stopped working, but after seeing Amber's agenda and lies I'm a strong supporter of JD and hope he sees justice.

This guy witnessing was a total surprise. He was called in Because this is a public trial according to youtuber called Emily D. Baker. He was working in the trailer park where there was an incident between Depp and heard. He is telling the truth abt how Amber was the agressor that night.
