This is an eye witness. The fact that Amber said her ex-wife dismissed the incident and didn't press charges doesn't mean that Amber is innocent. Partners often don't press charges, as was Johnny's case for a long time.
That is valid for everyone. And as such proves nothing. It only proves there were no charges filed.
Innocence is not determined during a trial. Guilt is determined.
Maybe you phrased it a bit unfortunate and what you meant was: doesn't mean that she is guilty or not guilty. In any case, it proves nothing.
This is not only eye witness it’s a cop who arrested Amber. At least it’s stated in the report
Exactly. I would have NEVER pressed charges against my ex-gf. She was ILL..She needed more help than perhaps anyone could offer or what she'd even accept. But in the long run, she was also just as destructive and abusive as this Amber Heard character. 🙄

Like murder has been illegal for I don't know how long, but it still happens and will always happen. The only tool we have is to punish people when it happens or accountability.

But it is the bigger picture here: people come from everywhere claiming to have seen AH being agressive or at least demeaning. Even a text from AH’s sister states that she wasn’t surprised AH hit Johnny. Even though that instance Johnny didn’t even mean “fysical hitting”.
The picture is extremely clear here, did Johnny never hit Amber? No idea. However there is no evidence of that presented at all. And the crazy part? Amber filmed and photographed everything.. but not the things, she saus, Johnny did to her.
Well that’s convenient isn’t it?
This is why Amber fought so hard to keep this trial private. She wanted to use her outrageous claims and acting skills (LOL) to sway a jury in private while Depp gets blacklisted and ostracized by the media and people on the outside. I’m so glad he pushed to make this case public. Even if the jury believes her (because they aren’t privy to all the information we are), she will always be known for her actions. EDIT: When I typed out “acting skills” I chucked to myself. Then I forgot to actually type “lol” behind it. Sorry for the confusion.

This is why I believe Johnny. So many witnesses have come forward that have no dog in this fight and back up what he’s stated already. The same can’t be said for Amber. All the evidence debunks her lies

the most odd thing is that throughout this whole trial amber has been trying to play the innocent, traumatised victim and now all of a sudden (for whatever reason) she’s smiling, laughing and smirking for the whole day- gives off the impression that she’s either incredibly confident that she’s won or just doesn’t care about her image anymore.

I agree with personal experience. I left domestic violence and my ex-husband assaulted my mom at the airport in front of disguised law inforcement and was charged.

I have a feeling that no other lawyers would take the case to represent Amber. Her LA lawyers bailed and gave some ridiculous excuse as to why they quit. I think Amber's lawyers just believed everything they were told by Amber and never even bothered to see if what she said was true. I Hope they took this case on a contingency fee because they will Never get a dime. And that's all they are worth!

Judge is just one human and cannot keep track of everything. So, making a decision with holes within your judgement is unprofessional and to me, illegal. Since it's a decision that impacts someone's entire life. Though i do not know the difference betweem judge, jury or whatever trials are all about since i have never had to deal with it. Just my opinion.

The judge felt it would be too detrimental to AH and so they cannot bring it up. Sad I know.
Camille did bring it up briefly but Amber denied it. That's all it was spoken about, I think this is why they went for this witness to disprove Amber's denial. There is also the police report but I don't think they're allowed to bring that in, but they may, we'll see tomorrow.

I believe it was not allowed because that involves details of a prior criminal arrest. She skirts around it, it’s heavily implied when she said she called a colleague over that she was working as an officer.

The only thing I don't agree with is that she pointed out that Amber's "traveling companion" being about 4 inches taller than Amber wouldn't need to defend themselves from Amber because of that. She even chuckled. And this stereotype persists. Just because someone is taller or stronger than you, that doesn't mean they have no human feelings, feel less or no physical pain if you hurt them, are immune to manipulation, or you can't force them into psychological submission. This very case shows that. Even a human can force an elephant into submission if they know how to.

You're misreading the statement. Basically what she said was that the companion didn't do much to defend herself against amber (most likely) because her companion had 4 inches on her, (and therefore wasn't too threatened by ambers drunk tiny flailing)

Amber claimed this was a smear that was planted in the press, that she didn't assault her ex, that it wasn't what was claimed and it was only to hurt her character.
