Thank you as always for such healthy positivity! 💘 Sophie what’s an easy way to prepare tofu? I use a tiny amount of coconut aminos + some spices in a pan. What’s your favorite way? 🙏🏼
I love to roast mine in the oven so the outside gets crunchy. Drain + press your tofu, toss with coconut aminos or tamari and corn starch, bake at 425 for 30m tossing twice!
