    Thank you. Question- did you say you take HRT or not? I’m not talking about local but systemic estrogen and or estrogen and progesterone combo.

    Thank you as always for such healthy positivity! 💘 Sophie what’s an easy way to prepare tofu? I use a tiny amount of coconut aminos + some spices in a pan. What’s your favorite way? 🙏🏼

      I love to roast mine in the oven so the outside gets crunchy. Drain + press your tofu, toss with coconut aminos or tamari and corn starch, bake at 425 for 30m tossing twice!

      How do we get on the program with all you ladies I’m 63 I’m not too much overweight but I have high cholesterol and I don’t want to do Meds I want to do it through food
