Thank you Sophie! Great video again.. 🌞 I have a question, a little bit off topic. I eat very healthy for years now. But I never could understand why I was super exhausted all the time. More then before. The last couple weeks I started to realize I barely have any iodine in my diet (I quit eating bread an table salt years ago). I know that a good solution is to add seaweed to the diet…but I also know you don’t want to have too much of it…so but what are we talking about.. Everyday? Once a week? How do you make sure that you don’t get deficiënt in iodine? The last couple of weeks I started to add a little bit of fish and a couple Brazil nuts to my diet… but I’m a little bit uncertain what to do. 🧡
Thank you I always find a golden nugget in your videos.
Happy to help!

150 mg a day is what to shoot for. Seaweed is good, iodized salt, or a simple supplement. Get your iron levels checked too.
