This definitely looks like a batter for crepes as they come out thin. They look great though. Thanks for sharing.😊

he he, actually too "thick" for proper crepes..
But for what we call pancakes (in most of europe) it is perfect.. We actually do not really have your typical american pancake over here.. Our "pancakes" are maybe double the thickness of a crepes. Much like the one in the video :)

if you want them to come out fluffy like buttermilk pancake just replace half the cream cheese with butter milk, simply add a tsp vinegar to whole milk also whip the whites separately then add a tsp baking soda continue whipping the whites into stiff peaks, blend or whisk the yolks, buttermilk, and cream cheese separately then blend to combine the two in the mixer whit the egg whites, the baking soda will react with the vinegar and create a rising effect no need to fold them together you want the whites to deflate a little into a pourable batter consistency

You can use gelatin and collagen also. Seperate the whites and gelatin until fluffy. Then collagen to the yolks while blending. Once yolks are creamy, fold in the whipped whites, and you're ready to cook them.

Someone else suggested whipping the whites separately.. I'm assuming then fold into the batter of yolks and cream cheese and maybe a bit of buttermilk? .. thinking that would make them fluffy? I'll have to experiment. I've used the dash to make waffles with eggs and almond flour and cheddar cheese.. they don't taste like scrambled eggs, very crispy.. so testing out stuff.

Vegetables don’t want to be eaten. They are full of toxins that accumulate in our system causing all kinds of pains and diseases including cancer. In very recent history they have been genetically modified to make them taste better but the poisons are still in there. The majority of us, as children, found vegetables bitter and horrible but we were taught to override our instincts through threats and rewards. Later, as adults, we bought the lie that they are healthy and necessary. Nothing could be further from the truth.

If you want to eat veggies, may I suggest the DASH diet. Everyone needs to find the lifestyle commitment that will work for them. You can’t expect to keep weight off and improve your health if you go back to former habits. You need to change habits for a lifetime.
