That is a nice scooter. You got a great deal. Your plastics are made of ABS plastic. Use ABS pipe cement to fix it. You can get ABS/PVC cement at Home Depot. Try putting your hand over the air intake to choke it on a cold start. You could need to replace your electric choke also called an auto-bystarter. They are cheap and easy to install onto your carburetor.
I have 2007 vino 125 and ilove it if u get it running its worth it i use mine to go to the gym and to the store and the gas !! U cant beat it 2$ full tank

It was took care of but I don't no what kind of gear oil if you can tell me what kind of gear oil let me know an I can tell you this I'f u don't have a drive lice u can not get a tag I've try in Hillsboro Ohio they won't let you get a tag

I'll look into it. It seems to start consistently after using up the bad gas and adding a bit of seafoam to the tank.

The cdi was the issue but i had to sell it because i was unable to source a cdi for it
