What about raising the forks?

The 2000-2002 4runners have electric hydraulic brakes without a vacuum booster. I ordered the 1.50 gasket with a master cylinder rebuild kit. That cost me 2 weeks because gasket and vin didnt match so the dealer sat on it.. The throttle system is way different. switches to a electric motor with partial cable backup same as 03-04 Tacoma.

Very nice job on this walk through. Wish more videos were as well presented. A suggestion...dropping just one end of a bike impacts the handeling due to a geometry change. By dropping your tripple tree a bit, you can get back to standard handeling. I've been lowering bikes for my 5'1 wife for many years and it does make a difference. While you might not notice it when you ride around the block, more serious suspension action will have an impact. A common ratio for a fork cap rise seems to be about x.5. So lowering the rear by 2 inches results in a 1 inch drop in the tripple tree down the for tubes.(cap rise) Have fun.

check if turn signals on harmess both go to 12v when stepping on brake. the signal lights and brake lights will be same on trailer. for testing purpose

It might sound odd. But you actually want the gas tank to leak a little bit when the bike is laid over, if the tank is air tight and you change elevation dramatically pressure will built in the tank and when you go to open it you’ll get sprayed in the face with gasoline much like an overheated radiator

The front bushing bolt feels like it has a spring on other/in side, clanking

The 4 bolts are 59ftIb. The owners manual also suggest that youll need to replace the bolts as they arent reusable, not sure why but use some threadlock for safety

Brilliant video . I'min the stage of servicing my 1999 7 gen. I took my back spoiler off and lost grip spinning infact trying to do GOOD driving in rain .That car doesn't like rain! And I took my front brake STRUTT off to paint and was twisting the body of the car once the strengthening bars on only 1 on front are a good idea because your car status flat on the black and feel racing pedigree you can apply. Mines fast enough no TURBO due to keeping my engine in perfect condition. 1 owner from new and the bloke looked after that car who brought it brand new. I'm in the process of fixing it up for a M.O.T. I can TAX the car once M.O.T. ON IT. infact I might promote my own car video......

I have faith in the Almighty Ford. It sure looks sketchy but the weakest point is not the tube steel but the tow package connection. That is where I trust the mfg. engineers.

Just curious why you didn’t go for the M8 handle bar mount? I have the same bike and I’m looking to get the quad lock to mount the phone to my handlebars for the same reason as you (maps & music) great vid by the way 👍🏻👍🏻

Very nice or at least functional.... I think it wise to go ahead & get the heavier version so you can haul bigger bikes or just knowing it's plenty strong. Also, you said it was slippery..... there's all sorts of material that you can put on the surface that's abrasive. I'd sure add some type to give you good footing so you don't slip -n- fall while trying to load/unload, the damage you could do to yourself could be very bad? peace & thanks for the video >> > I do like this, peace

I had a Yamaha TW200 a couple years ago got it brand new after many years of not riding regret selling it because I talked myself into getting something more powerful blah blah blah and I regret it however I do love the new colors on newer ones. These dual sports are good for urban exploring even if you live in a massive city you'd be surprised when you get on Google maps and zoom out how many places you can find to explore
