Hi. I'm here from the Keto Twins. I made these last night and used them in a seafood alfredo-type sauce. The whole dish was delicious and the noodles just plain are savory tasty. I did not find them eggy at all. They're not exactly like pasta but will definitely do. Now I've got visions of tuna casserole, lasagna and enchiladas dancing in my head. Thank you!

3 tbs ground pork rhines
1 tbs parm cheese
4 tbs cream cheese
3 eggs
(Preheat oven 350°)
Grind dry ingredients together. Blend in eggs and cream cheese. Spread thinly on a silicone mat. Bake for 8-10 min or until edges begin to crisp. Let it cool to the touch, remove from mat, roll up the dough and slice to desired thickness, trimming the browned edges.
Store in refrigerator till ready to serve.
Can you use something else beside pork
@@hammondjamie2012 Maybe you could experiment substituting unflavored whey protein or some almond flour? Just guessing.
@@craigslitzer4857 cooking with Mel has a similar recipe that gives almond flour and coconut flour options. But I love this one because it’s flourless.

I have used this recipe for four different meals. Spaghetti and Meatballs, Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Noodle soup and Mac and cheese. I found the noodles taste 'eggy' unless covered in a strong sauce. I tweaked the recipe a little. When I doubled the recipe, instead of using 6 eggs, I used 2 whole eggs and the equivalent of 4 eggs using the liquid egg white from the carton. The noodles performed exactly the same as with the whole eggs but were less eggy tasting. Thank you so much for this recipe.

So they taste less eggy, if you have a food scale that measures grams, 3 eggs is about 146 grams, I pour in about 140-146 grams of liquid egg whites instead, leaving out the egg yolks ❤️👌😊

Egg yolks have so many vitamins it’s good for you. Why skip it? If you are on keto or carnivore and for some reason cholesterol goes up just make sure you fast for two or three days every three months or so. It will totally regulate your cholesterol. Besides we need healthy cholesterol from eggs. Cholesterol is a building block for hormones as well.
If you have a huge cholesterol problem - fast more often- very healthy for our body to detox and “repair “this way.

I made lasagna for dinner yesterday with your noodle recipe (I just cut each in 2 rectangles the size of the pan). It was a huge success. Nobody noticed it was not a conventional lasagna noodle! Thank you so much for this fantastic recipe!! It was the easiest thing. Mixing 3 ingredients in the blender-8’ in the oven and you have pasta!

Making lasagna with these noodles now.
Once I've rolled my pasta sheet, I cut it into 4 pieces. I then place them in a small container in the freezer. When I'm ready to use a serving, I pull out 1/4 roll and place on my cutting board. I slice it fettucini style and place in my pasta bowl. I let them thaw while I deal with my pasta sauce. Sometimes I microwave the noodles for one minute to heat up my bowl - then add my sauce - AND SERVE! Doing this means I can put 4 servings of pasta in one small container in the freezer and don't have to struggle to separate the noodles. Thanks so much for sharing your wisdom and tips! Made my first batch of these noodles a week ago and put them sliced up in the fridge waiting for the right time to try with a good homemade marinara or soup. FINALLY tried these with homemade marinara with chicken... OH MY ... These are awesome! I am so glad to have a keto pasta recipe I can make ahead and have pasta whenever I feel like it . How do they taste? Are they noticeably different from wheat pasta?
I love cooking, I love baking, and honestly, I think that makes eating this way so much harder for me at times! I threw together a creamy chicken soup this evening with leftovers, but really needed to add noodles to bulk it up - you are the hero of the dinner tonight! The kids all said they could tell that they are different than what's normally in front of them, but they really liked it, and so did I and my husband! Thank you!

Thank you!!! As someone on the carnivore diet who misses pasta, this is an amazing find! I have seen other vids where odd ingredients that I have no other use for are needed and also not truly carnivore, like different types of flour, etc. But these ingredients are perfect and simple and as a carnivore, as I always keep pork rinds around, as it's really the only "snack" you can have on the diet. I also keep cream cheese to make "cloud bread", another simple item I miss, which allows me to make "buns" for sandwiches without different kinds of flour, egg white powder, gelatin, etc, that has no other purpose.

Great recipe idea. My sister gave me about 60 duck eggs from her farm. The whites cook up a bit firmer cooked than hen eggs, the yolks are larger but have far less egg taste, rather mild actually. Think they will work fantastic for this recipe.
Duck eggs are great. My son raised some a while back, and those gals were egg-laying machines!

I made these noodles. I’m excited about using them in dishes!. I did not have the right cheese so I used a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella. I don’t have a large oven so I used my air fryer (it’s a square one) I spread the mixture onto my parchment paper lined air fryer tray, and it worked great. Thank you. I’ll be making these again.

These worked perfectly. They don’t have the texture in your mouth of pasta but I think they would work great as lasagna noodles so that they soak up the sauce. They are a great quick alternate and I like the notion of them in soup.
They do work really well for lasagna!
3 tablespoons ground pork rinds = 44 grams
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese = 5 grams
4 tablespoons cream cheese = 59 grams
3 eggs = 150 grams

I just used this recipe for lasagna noodles and I’m blown away!! I’m not getting an eggy taste (though I am using tomato sauce, haven’t tried it with a carnivore style sauce yet). Probably the best low carb meal I’ve ever made!

These noodles are amazing!! Just made a tomato sauce with grass fed hamburger. Cut the noodles into fettuccine size noodles and it was the perfect amount for two people. Delicious! I also invested in the cookie sheet and silpat mat. These will be the only noodles I make. Been keto for 6 years. Thank you so much. Love your channel!

@@prplcws Yes, linked in the description is my other pasta noodle recipe that uses psyllium husks and no pork rinds. It's a keto version whereas this one is the carnivore version. It holds up equally well!

Thank you! I made this tonight and it wasn’t bad with sauce. On its own plain I didn’t like the pork rind flavor. Not that anyone would eat pasta plain LOL. The sauce definitely masked it. I definitely prefer these over Maria’s recipe with egg white powder. Looking forward to trying more of your pasta recipes!

I watch both you and Maria Emmerich. I did it with your noodles/ lasagna noodles. I used live Italian seasonings . The sticks in one were rough next I’ll use just the leaves. She used lunch meats for pasta. I was going to use pepperoni but forgot I was. I used provolone for the cheese. I had just gotten over my Fast so not a patience time to be cooking bc I was hungry. Hi Anita, sure am glad I found you on my keto fact-finding excursion. I started a year ago and have lost 56 pounds. I am off my diabetic medication and my blood pressure medication. I have been searching for pasta noodles, tried several recipes and not a happy camper. I tried yours, made a couple of meals with them and then came across the Asian noodle thing. I tried that, a little strange but not what I was looking for. I have returned to your recipe. Thank you for your experimentation and recipes you publish.
